Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive, from a base station, signaling that schedules a first uplink shared channel message and a second uplink shared channel message (e.g., physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) messages) from the UE to the base station within a first component carrier. The first and second uplink shared channel messages may at least partially overlap, where at least one of the first or second uplink shared channel messages includes a configured grant uplink shared channel message (CG-PUSCH). The UE may transmit the first and second uplink shared channel messages to the base station in accordance with a transmission configuration for transmitting temporally overlapping uplink shared channel messages.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support managing allocation of configured grant (CG) resources for uplink transmissions using a polynomial over Galois field in a wireless communication system. In particular, a user equipment (UE) may be configured (e.g., by a base station) to determine a resource to access, from a resource pool configured for each CG occasion of a CG configuration, based on a polynomial over Galois field configured for the UE. The polynomial over Galois field may include a parameter p, and the UE may be configured with a mapping that maps the absolute time (e.g., a slot index or a symbol index) of a GC occasion to an index between 0 and p−1 that is used as input to the polynomial The result of the polynomial is used to determine the resource to access by the UE at the CG occasion.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that handling of a protocol data unit (PDU) by the UE is preempted. The UE may transmit an indication that the preempted PDU is preempted. The indication may be generated by a physical layer of the UE, or by a MAC layer of the UE. The UE may receive information for a transmission of the preempted PDU. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. One method may include an eNB predetermining a plurality of bandwidth parts to monitor based on resource reservation information received from at least one base station, and transmitting information indicative of the predetermined bandwidth parts in a radio resource control (RRC) message. In some cases, a base station may transmit information indicative of predetermined bandwidth parts including a monitoring schedule to monitor either the first bandwidth part or the second bandwidth part in a timeslot of a set of timeslots. Another method may include receiving a predetermined monitoring schedule from a base station, and selecting a plurality of bandwidth parts to monitor on a physical downlink control channel based on the received schedule.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for management of conditional handover (CHO) configurations. A source base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with one or more CHO configurations for multiple target base stations. The CHO configurations may provide, for each target base station, one or more associated conditions that may trigger the UE to initiate a handover to the particular target base station, or to deconfigure a CHO configuration, such as based on a measurement threshold of one or more target base station measurements, one or more source base station measurements, or combinations thereof. The CHO configurations may also include failure handling information for initiating one or more subsequent handovers responsive to a failure of an initial handover attempt.
