    Abstract: A base station may transmit a set of CSI-RSs corresponding to a set of ports of a UE and the UE may perform a set of CQI measurements on each port and across each sub-band. The UE may select, for each CSI-RS resource that the UE measures, a set of M worst CQIs and may select a best CSI-RS resource based at least in part on a corresponding set of M worst CQIs for the CSI-RS resource. The UE may report the M worst CQIs for the selected CSI-RS resource. Alternatively, the UE may select, for each CSI-RS resource that the UE measures, a set of M worst CQIs and may select a worst CSI-RS resource. In this way, the UE enables the base station to select a DMRS port and/or an MCS to use for communication.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication of an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. The apparatus may receive, from a base station, an indication of a plurality of transmission schedules for at least one of a plurality of PUSCHs or a plurality of PDSCHs, the indication including a time gap prior to a transmission of each of the plurality of PUSCHs or each of the plurality of PDSCHs. The apparatus may also receive, from the base station, DCI identifying at least one transmission schedule for at least one PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs or at least one PDSCH of the plurality of PDSCHs.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for two or more messages from a base station. The UE may transmit, to the base station, at least one bit (e.g., in first stage uplink control information (UCI)) that is based at least in part on combined acknowledgement feedback associated with the two or more messages and that indicates a subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. In some aspects, the UE may further transmit at least one additional bit (e.g., in second stage UCI) that is based at least in part on the combined acknowledgement feedback and that indicates a different subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided for HARQ feedback and retransmission procedures for cooperative relaying in sidelink networks. A relay attempts to decode sidelink data received from a source for relay to a destination. The relay may combine LLRs for the sidelink data and for a retransmission of the sidelink data. The relay determines a resource of a wireless channel for transmitting feedback to the source in response to the decoding attempt. If decoding is successful, the relay transmits the data to the destination. The destination then attempts to decode the data received from the relay. The destination may combine LLRs for the data and for a retransmission of the data. The destination determines a resource of a wireless channel for transmitting feedback to the relay in response to the decoding attempt. The resources are based on a relay identifier associated with the relay.

    Abstract: A base station may apply a nonlinear precoding to data for MU-MIMO transmission to a set of paired UEs to generate a first set of precoder symbols, and apply a linear precoding to the first set of precoder symbols to generate a second set of precoder symbols using a linear precoding matrix. The base station may normalize the second set of precoder symbols, and scale the second set of precoder symbols, before transmission of the data, using a scaling factor based on one or more of modulation symbols or a channel matrix. The base station may apply the linear precoding to DMRS associated with the data. The base station may transmit the second set of precoder symbols based on the second set of precoder symbols and the DMRS to the set of paired UEs.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for replacing and/or fixing broken uplink repetitions due to segmentation of nominal repetitions into actual repetitions. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes detecting that a configured repetition pattern for uplink transmission to a network entity results in segmentation of at least one nominal repetition into multiple actual repetitions, modifying the configured repetition pattern, based at least in part on the detection, to avoid segmentation of nominal repetitions into multiple actual repetitions, and sending the uplink transmission to the network entity in accordance with the modified repetition pattern.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for channel coding techniques based on unequal error protection for multiplexed LP UCI and HP UCI. In aspects, a UE may multiplex a set of LP UCI bits with a set of HP UCI bits. The set of HP UCI bits may be encoded through both a first encoder and a second encoder, and the set of LP UCI bits may be encoded through the second encoder to generate a set of coded UCI bits. The UE may transmit, to a base station, the set of coded UCI bits through one of a PUCCH or a PUSCH.
