Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a wireless communication device is described. The wireless communication device camps on an available cell in response to the limited service state determination. Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a wireless communication device is described. The method includes searching for service on a public land mobile network (PLMN). The method also includes discovering a cell of a requested PLMN. The method further includes determining that cell selection criteria for the cell is not met.
