    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station (BS) may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, a group-common downlink control information (DCI) message, wherein the group-common DCI message includes information identifying at least one communication parameter for a plurality of UEs. The BS and the UE may communicate in accordance with the at least one communication parameter based at least in part on the BS transmitting the group-common DCI message to the plurality of UEs and the UE receiving the group-common DCI message.     Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may transmit a supported configuration of the UE for at least one of SRS transmission or CSI-RS reception for communication with a plurality of TRPs. The apparatus may receive, in response to transmitting the supported configuration, configuration information for at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception, wherein the configuration information is generated based on the supported configuration. The apparatus may communicate, with at least a subset of the plurality of TRPs, using at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception on resource elements assigned based on the configuration information. A base station connected to the TRPs may use the SRS/CSI-RS for cluster management and scheduling or to estimate downlink channels to determine precoding for downlink transmissions.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a first set of parameters based at least in part on a first reference signal received from a first transmit receive point (TRP) and a second set of parameters based at least in part on a second reference signal received from a second TRP; determine a common parameter using the first set of parameters and the second set of parameters; and perform a tracking loop operation using the common parameter or the first set of parameters and the second set of parameters, wherein the tracking loop operation comprises at least one of a frequency tracking loop operation or a time tracking loop operation.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration message from a base station, the SPS configuration message containing at least one SPS parameter for downlink SPS communications over a shared radio frequency spectrum band. The UE may identify, based on the SPS configuration, one or more subframes or slots allocated for the downlink SPS communications. The UE may perform the downlink SPS communications during the one or more subframes or slots and according to the SPS configuration.
