Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for autonomous reference signal transmission configuration. Certain aspects provide a method of receiving a configuration message from the base station, wherein the configuration message comprises an indication of a set of candidate resources for transmitting the reference signal. Certain aspects provide a method of detecting a future downlink transmission from the base station, and other aspects provide a method of transmitting, in response to detecting the future downlink transmission, the reference signal utilizing a first resource of the set of candidate resources prior to receiving the future downlink transmission via a second resource in the set of candidate resources.

The BS and the UE may communicate in accordance with the at least one communication parameter based at least in part on the BS transmitting the group-common DCI message to the plurality of UEs and the UE receiving the group-common DCI message. Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may transmit a supported configuration of the UE for at least one of SRS transmission or CSI-RS reception for communication with a plurality of TRPs. The apparatus may receive, in response to transmitting the supported configuration, configuration information for at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception, wherein the configuration information is generated based on the supported configuration. The apparatus may communicate, with at least a subset of the plurality of TRPs, using at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception on resource elements assigned based on the configuration information. A base station connected to the TRPs may use the SRS/CSI-RS for cluster management and scheduling or to estimate downlink channels to determine precoding for downlink transmissions.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for causing active hand-in of a device from a macrocell base station to a femto node, which can be an inter-frequency hand-in. The femto node can broadcast a beacon, which can be received and reported by a device to a source base station along with one or more parameters. The source base station can communicate a handover message to the femto node or a related femto gateway along with the one or more parameters. The femto node or femto gateway can disambiguate the intended target femto node based in part on the one or more parameters, which can include applying one or more filters. Applying the one or more filters may include applying an UL RSSI filter to the one or more femto nodes to determine whether presence of the device causes a rise in UL RSSI measured at the one or more femto nodes.

Abstract: One method includes identifying a listen-before-talk (LBT) silencing criterion between each pair of wireless devices in a plurality of wireless devices; dividing the plurality of wireless devices into a plurality of independent sets based at least in part on the identified LBT silencing criterions; determining, for a location, an aggregated interference value for each independent set; determining an aggregated interference value for the location based at least in part on the determined aggregated interference values for each independent set; and selectively adjusting a wireless communication parameter of at least one of the wireless devices to alter the aggregated interference value for the location.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration message from a base station, the SPS configuration message containing at least one SPS parameter for downlink SPS communications over a shared radio frequency spectrum band. The UE may identify, based on the SPS configuration, one or more subframes or slots allocated for the downlink SPS communications.
