摘要： A mobile terminal and an operation control method thereof are provided. The operation control method includes displaying a stereoscopic 3D image, which is created based on the disparity between left- and right-eye images, on a display module; determining a position of a user's gaze on the stereoscopic 3D image by performing eye tracking; and varying a 3D effect of a portion of the stereoscopic 3D image corresponding to the determined gaze position. Therefore, it is possible to effectively control various operations performed by a mobile terminal in connection with a stereoscopic 3D image by using eye tracking.

摘要： Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a method for controlling a 3D multi-angle view thereof. Multi-angle views of a 3D image captured by a plurality of cameras are displayed, switched (converted) and selected according to a touch input. And, a selected angle view of the 3D image undergoes a capturing or a recording. While appreciating different-angle views of a 3D image (broadcast image) captured by a plurality of cameras, a desired angle view of the 3D image may be played, recorded and stored with using a user interface. This may enhance a user's convenience.

Such solar cells include a substrate containing a first impurity of a first conductive type and having a textured surface with a plurality of jagged portions. Such solar cells also have an emitter layer positioned on the textured surface and containing a second impurity of a second conductive type opposite to the first conductive type, a first electrode having a plurality of first metal particles, electrically connected to the emitter layer, and a second electrode electrically connected to the substrate. The diameter of the first metal particles is larger than the peak-to-peak distance between adjacent jagged portions.
