Thus, a manufacturing reliability of a substrate for an electrowetting display device is improved to prevent a display quality from being reduced.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a positive integer of the received symbol signal having bits is assigned according to the Gray mapping rule, and a sign is determined. A value that is indicative of an arrangement of the bits constituting the received symbol signal is calculated. A boundary value in at least one bit group consisting of the bits constituting the received symbol signal is acquired, and a difference from an absolute value of the received symbol signal is calculated. The received symbol signal is converted into information per bit using a value of the received symbol signal based on the positive integer and the determined sign, the value that is indicative of the bit arrangement, and the difference from the absolute value. Therefore, it is possible to reduce complexity in bitwise decomposition for an iterative decoder inevitably used in a receiver.

The tomosynthesis system includes an X-ray source, a detector, and a terminal. The X-ray source continuously moves during a scan period, and maintains a uniform X-ray focus in each capture section in which capture is performed by adjusting the direction of an emitted electron beam. The detector detects an image of X-rays having passed through an area of interest of an object in the capture section. The terminal controls the adjustment of the direction of the electron beam, creates a three-dimensional (3D) X-ray image by synthesizing detected X-ray images, and then displays the 3D X-ray image.

Provided is a method and apparatus for minimizing the number of transcodings between network devices in a multi-network multi-codec environment. The method includes: creating a received codec list by receiving a transmit codec comprised in a call setting message from a transmission device and the number of transcodings of the transmit codec, which has been performed from a codec of an initial transmission device; creating a codec Quality of Service (QoS) list containing total codecs of the multi-network and quality information of each of the total codecs; creating a transcodec list containing internally providable transcodecs and quality information of the transcodecs based on the codec QoS list; and creating an updated codec list by adding codecs of the transcodec list matching codecs of the received codec list to the received codec list and adjusting codec priority according to the number of transcodings. Accordingly, since the number of transcodings can be minimized, a quality decrease of original media can be minimized.
