    Abstract: A side information transmission method and apparatus, where data to be transmitted by a transmit end includes at least one first data sub-block and at least one second data sub-block. A first modulated signal is obtained based on a first phase rotation factor. A second modulated signal is obtained based on a second phase rotation factor. Side information is generated based on the first phase rotation factor and the second phase rotation factor. The first data sub-block is carried on a first subcarrier, and the side information is also mapped to the first carrier. The first modulated signal corresponding to the at least one first data sub-block, the second modulated signal corresponding to the at least one second data sub-block, and a modulated signal corresponding to the side information are superposed to obtain a to-be-transmitted signal.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides data processing methods. One example including a network device obtains target information that includes a transmission delay difference corresponding to a target beam or a target cell; determines a first preamble format based on the transmission delay difference, and then determines first configuration information used to indicate the first preamble format and a first set of random access occasions included in a random access period, where an interval between random access times included in the first set of random access occasions is greater than or equal to a preamble length corresponding to the first preamble format; and generates a corresponding first configuration index based on the first configuration information. The preamble formats required for different beams or cells can be determined based on transmission delay differences corresponding to the different beams or cells, and then configuration information of a random access occasion is further determined.

In one example method, a terminal device receives first information from an access device, and determines a first bandwidth part (BWP) of an access beam of the terminal device based on the received first information and a second BWP configured for the access beam of the terminal device.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: A first communication apparatus receives first information, where the first information indicates a determining threshold of a parameter in a first parameter set, and the first parameter set includes at least one of the following parameters: location information, delay information, a timing advance rate, a rate of the timing advance rate, a Doppler value, a Doppler rate, and remaining coverage time. The first communication apparatus determines, based on the first information, whether an access condition is met, and performs random access when the access condition is met. This avoids a random access failure in a current cell and re-access in a next cell due to random access performed when the condition is not met.
