Abstract: This application provides a network device-based communication method, where channel resources are divided according to a specific rule. The method includes: determining, by a network device, at least two channels, where a spacing between center frequencies of two adjacent channels in the at least two channels is a positive integer multiple of a subcarrier spacing or a positive integer multiple of a resource block RB spacing; and communicating, by the network device, by using at least one of the at least two channels. Channel resource division is determined based on the spacing between center frequencies of two adjacent channels, implementing adaptation to an application scenario in which a bandwidth is flexible.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: A network device sends resource indication information to a terminal device, so that the terminal device determines, based on the resource indication information, a resource allocated by the network device. The resource indication information is used to indicate location information of a resource in at least one BWP in a system bandwidth and bandwidth information of the at least one BWP. Further, the network device receives, on a resource corresponding to the resource indication information, uplink data sent by the terminal device. It can be learned that, in the embodiments, the network device may indicate a system bandwidth of any size and/or a resource in any BWP in the system bandwidth to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can perform data transmission on the indicated resource.

Abstract: A HARQ information transmission method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that HARQ information is not fed back in a timely manner. When a first device cannot successfully send first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information on a first time-frequency resource, or a second device cannot successfully receive the first HARQ information on the first time-frequency resource, the first device retransmits the first HARQ information on a second time-frequency resource for transmitting second HARQ information corresponding to second data. First data and the second data may be data with different priorities and/or in different groups. In this way, HARQ retransmission flexibility can be improved, and the first HARQ information is transmitted in a timelier manner, so that a data processing latency is reduced as much as possible.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for determining a control information indication are provided, wherein resource usage efficiency of physical broadcast channels can be improved. First information, which is sent by a network device, is received for indicating control information. The first information is used to indicate the number of symbols occupied by a control resource set (CORESET 0) in a time domain and a first offset of the CORESET 0 in a frequency domain. A time-frequency resource position of the CORESET 0 is determined based on the first information and a preset subcarrier spacing. Downlink control information at the time-frequency resource position of the CORESET 0 is received.
