Disclosed is a content encoding pre-synchronization method, comprising: a network device selecting a popular index with a high frequency of appearance from all indexes stored by the network device; determining, among base stations under management, another base station that is of the same type as a base station receiving the popular index, and when the link is idle, sending the popular index and data corresponding to the popular index to the base station. In the content encoding pre-synchronization method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a popular index and a base station to which the index may be sent can be predetermined, and when the link is idle, the popular index is sent to the corresponding base station in advance, thereby reducing the sending delay in busy time, improving the compression ratio in busy time, and avoiding a loss of synchronization data caused by a busy link.

The present invention relates to a data transmission method and a communications device. The communications device includes: a memory, a processor, and a communications interface. The memory is configured to store mapping information between a data flow identifier and a physical layer transmission technology identifier. The processor is configured to: determine a to-be-scheduled data flow; determine, from the mapping information and according to a data flow identifier of the data flow, a physical layer transmission technology identifier corresponding to the data flow; generate, according to the data flow, a transport block which is corresponding to the physical layer transmission technology identifier; generate wireless communication data by performing processing, according to a physical layer transmission technology corresponding to the physical layer transmission technology identifier, on a transport block corresponding to the physical layer transmission technology identifier; and send the wireless communication data to a receive end by using the communications interface.

The present invention provides a cloud service packet redirection method and system, and a cloud gateway, the method performed by the cloud gateway includes, if the cloud gateway determines that a DNS packet that is forwarded by a router in a redirection manner is a cloud service-related DNS packet, a record is maintained in a cloud IP table of the cloud gateway according to the DNS packet. Policy route configuration information is sent to the router according to the record maintained in the cloud IP table to instruct the router to maintain a policy route. The policy route instructs the router to redirect, to the cloud gateway, a cloud service packet that is indicated by the DNS packet.

The present invention provides a new Push method, apparatus, and system. The Push method includes: receiving a Push message delivered by an application server; obtaining a private IP address of a UE according to a user identifier, where the user identifier is obtained from the Push message; and obtaining, according to the private IP address of the UE, a PS domain node currently connected to the UE, sending the Push message to the PS domain node, and sending the Push message to the UE through the PS domain node.

Embodiments of present invention disclose a carrier control method, including: acquiring traffic information of a current period on one or more baseband boards in a base station itself, wherein the traffic information includes traffic of each sector; configuring, according to the acquired traffic information of the current period, a disabling sequence of the baseband board; determining, according to traffic information stored before the current period and the traffic information of the current period, a change situation of the traffic of each sector; and controlling, according to the change situation and the disabling sequence of the baseband board, carrier(s) in each sector. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose a base station device. Through the above technical solution, the carrier(s) in each sector can be controlled through the change situation of the traffic of the current period, so that resources are saved and a rate of utilization is improved.

A method for service migration between user devices includes: receiving a migration from request MFR transmitted by a service migration protocol application SMPA entity of a first device; transmitting a service migration protocol SMP resolution request SRR to a service migration protocol server SMPS entity; receiving a response message transmitted by the SMPS entity; transmitting a migration to request MTR to an SMPA entity of the second device; transmitting a service acquired from the service source device to the second device, after the second device initiates the service application and switches the first SID to the second SID, so as to migrate the service of the first device to the second device. The present invention enables each user to perform seamless migration between different devices of the user in different situations without interrupting the service reception, or even receive the service with a preference device of the user.

The present invention provides a method and a base station for managing capacity of a wireless communication network, which relates to the field of wireless communications and is capable of saving energy while adjusting capacity of a wireless communication network of a base station. The present invention includes: checking total traffic of all overlay networks belonging to the base station; if the checked total traffic keeps being smaller than a preset load threshold, searching for and determining a first overlay network; maintaining normal work of a power amplifier of at least one antenna in each group of antennas in the first overlay network and turning off power amplifiers of one or more other antennas; and connecting the one or more other antennas to the power amplifiers maintaining normal work in the groups in which the one or more other antennas are located.

An interference structure is disposed on a surface of the radome, and the interference structure is configured to change an airflow at a surface boundary layer when the airflow passes through the surface of the radome. The method includes: A first terminal determines a plurality of candidate paths corresponding to a target file. Each candidate path points to one file storage location. The first terminal obtains file information of the target file. The first terminal determines, based on the file information and the plurality of candidate paths, a file storage location pointed to by a first candidate path in the plurality of candidate paths as a storage location of the target file. A matching degree of the first candidate path is a highest matching degree in matching degrees of the plurality of candidate paths. According to the foregoing method, accuracy of determining the file storage location is improved.
