摘要: A device for infusing flavor into liquids fits and seals to the neck of a bottle. The device has an infusing chamber that is selectively in fluid communication with the liquid in the bottle. The infusing chamber holds a replaceable infusing material that partially dissolves and infuses flavor as liquid passes over it. A check ball selectively separates the infusing chamber from the liquid in the bottle to prevent any infused liquid from returning to the bottle. The device has a passage for makeup air to enter the bottle as infused liquid is dispensed. The infusing material is replaceable by accessing the infusing chamber.

In one exemplary embodiment, the interface comprises a coaxial structure such as a coaxial cable that directly connects the monolithic microwave integrated circuit to the waveguide to transmit energy such as microwave energy with minimal loss.

摘要: A holographic grating is written into a photorefractive erasable holographic member and a light beam having a first wavelength which includes the joint power spectrum of a pair of joint images to be correlated is directed at the photorefractive member to partially erase the grating. A phase conjugate signal from the partially erased grating is then readout and Fourier transformed to produce the correlation output spots.

摘要: A variable output inflator (20) for use in inflating an air bag or air cushion comprising: a pressure vessel (22) comprising a thin walled toroidal pressure vessel portion (23) and a cylindrical pressure vessel portion (60) circumscribed by, in physical contact and in fluid communication with the toroidal pressure vessel portion, the cylindrical pressure vessel portion including a rupturable disk (74) and at least one exit port (78) communicable with an air bag; a pyrotechnic member (200a,b) for heating stored inflation gas within the pressure vessel to a pressure level to rupture the rupturable disk, allowing heated inflation gas to exit and fill an adjacently attached air bag.
