The display substrate includes a display region, and a non-display region extending from at least one edge of the display region, wherein the display region includes a display pixel definition layer, the non-display region includes a non-display pixel definition layer, and an adhesive property of the display pixel definition layer to a first pixel material layer in the display pixel definition layer is higher than that of the non-display pixel definition layer to a second pixel material layer in the non-display pixel definition layer.

The present disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing a display substrate, including: forming an organic thin film layer by coating a conductive organic material on a base substrate at a region which corresponds to a non-display region of a to-be-formed display substrate; forming a pixel definition layer on the base substrate; printing an organic functional layer within a pixel region defined by the pixel definition layer on the base substrate; and removing the organic functional layer at the non-display region by peeling off the organic thin film layer. The peeling off the organic thin film layer includes: connecting two ends of the organic thin film layer to two electrodes of a power supply, respectively; and breaking an interface between the organic thin film layer and the pixel definition layer with joule heat generated by the organic thin film layer when the organic thin film layer is powered.

A pixel circuit, driving method thereof, organic light-emitting display panel and display apparatus, comprise driving transistor, first storage capacitor, collecting unit, writing unit and light-emitting unit; the collecting unit is used for collecting the threshold voltage of the driving transistor and storing the threshold voltage into the first storage capacitor, under the control of the first scan signal; the writing unit is used for storing the data voltage inputted from the input terminal for the data voltage under the control of the second scan signal; and the light-emitting unit is used for emitting lights, driven by the data voltage and a voltage inputted from the input terminal for the controllable low voltage, under the control of the light-emitting control signal. Thus, the organic light-emitting device is not affected by the threshold voltage shift of the driving transistor, which may enhance the image uniformity of the organic light-emitting display panel effectively.

The pixel defining layer comprises a first sub-defining layer, a light absorbing layer, and a second sub-defining layer sequentially stacked on a substrate. The light absorbing layer is used for absorbing light for exposing the first sub-defining layer. An orthographic projection of the light absorbing layer on the substrate covers the outer edge of an orthographic projection of the first sub-defining layer on the substrate away from the surface of the substrate.

The array substrate comprises: a base substrate; and multiple pixel units arranged on one side of the base substrate, each of the pixel units comprising: a thin-film transistor and an electroluminescent structure, and a shading structure located between the thin-film transistor and the base substrate, wherein the thin-film transistor comprises: an active layer located on one side, away from the base substrate, of the shading structure; the electroluminescent structure comprises: first electrodes for driving the pixel units; and one of the shading structure and the active layer is a same-layer structure fabricated by the same mask plate as the first electrodes so as to reduce the number of mask procedures required in preparation of an array substrate.

The pixel defining layer comprises a first lyophobic material layer located on a base substrate, wherein the first lyophobic material layer is repellent to solutions for forming respective layers of a light-emitting diode; the pixel defining layer defines a plurality of openings in an array arrangement; and the first lyophobic material layer has a plurality of wall surfaces facing to each of the openings, wherein at least one wall surface of the plurality of wall surfaces has a slope angle larger than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees.
