    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pixel circuit compensation method and device, and a display device. The method includes: when the display panel is in a preset display state, sensing a preset mobility compensation value corresponding to a driving transistor in the pixel circuit; according to the preset mobility compensation value, adjusting an initial mobility compensation value corresponding to the driving transistor to a target mobility compensation value, wherein a difference between the target mobility compensation value and the preset mobility compensation value is less than a threshold; based on the target mobility compensation value, when the display panel is in a non-display state, compensating a mobility of the driving transistor in a preset compensation manner.

    Abstract: The embodiment of the present application provides a data processing method, wherein the data processing method is applied to a display panel comprising pixels arranged in an M×N array, the method comprising: obtaining voltage data corresponding to pixels of n adjacent columns in the ith row; determining, based on stored voltage data corresponding to pixels of n adjacent columns in (m−1) rows previous to the ith row, whether voltage data corresponding to a pixel in the ith row and jth column is abnormal; performing a filtering process on the voltage data corresponding to the pixel in the ith row and jth column if the voltage data corresponding to the pixel in the ith row and jth column is abnormal, such that a difference between a threshold voltage after the filtering process and an actual threshold voltage is less than or equal to a first threshold difference.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method includes steps of: providing a substrate having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; forming a first protection layer at the first side of the substrate to cover a plurality of touch units; forming a second protection layer on the first protection layer and at the second side of the substrate; cutting the substrate into a plurality of secondary substrates; subjecting an edge of each secondary substrate to treatment; removing the second protection layer at a second side of each secondary substrate; applying a first coating onto the second side of the secondary substrate; forming a third protection layer onto the first coating; removing the second protection layer at a first side of each secondary substrate; and forming a fourth protection layer on the first protection layer at the first side of each secondary substrate.

    Abstract: A touch structure (01), a touch panel and a display device are provided. The touch structure (01) includes a plurality of repeating units (02), each repeating unit including a first touch electrode (10) and a second touch electrode (20) intersecting with and insulated from each other, the first touch electrodes (10) being connected in a bridging manner. A dummy electrode (40) is further provided in a region of each repeating unit not provided with the first touch electrode (10) and the second touch electrode (20). A first trench (301) and a second trench (302) are provided respectively between the dummy electrode (40) and the first touch electrode (10) and between the dummy electrode (40) and the second touch electrode (20); and a third trench (303) is provided between the dummy electrodes (40) located in adjacent repeating units. The dummy electrode (40) includes at least 2 sub-dummy electrodes (401), and a fourth trench (304) is formed between adjacent sub-dummy electrodes (401) located in any one of the dummy electrodes (40). Edges of the first trench (301), the second trench (302), the third trench (303) and the fourth trench (304) all have a plurality of bending points.
