Abstract: The present disclosure provides an optical adjusting film, a backlight module and a display device. The optical adjusting film according to the present disclosure includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other; a first electrode layer on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; a second electrode layer on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate; a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and an anti-adsorption surface layer on a side of the first substrate away from the second substrate, and/or a side of the second substrate away from the first substrate, and configured to suppress adsorption between the optical adjusting film and a solid surface.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a floating touch camera module, a display device and a touch method. The floating touch camera module includes: a lens with a light collection surface and a light emitting surface; an image sensor at one side of the light emitting surface of the lens, the image sensor configured to receive light rays from the lens and form sensing information; and an infrared cut filter film at one side of a light incident surface of the image sensor and configured to filter out infrared light rays. The infrared cut filter film is movable relative to the lens between a first position at which the infrared cut filter film directly faces the lens and a second position at which the infrared cut filter film is offset from the lens, thereby enabling the floating touch camera module to switch between a photographing mode and a touch mode.

The backlight module includes: a light guide plate; a first low refractive plating layer; a diffusion plating layer; a high refractive plating layer; a second low refractive plating layer; a Bragg reflective plating layer; and a light source. Further, in the backlight module, refractive indexes of the first low refractive plating layer and the second low refractive plating layer are lower than that of the light guide plate, and a refractive index of the high refractive plating layer is higher than that of the light guide plate.

Abstract: A backlight assembly includes a light guide plate, containing a plurality of dots. Each dot includes a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface, respectively configured to reflect a first incident light such that reflected light emerges in a first preset direction in a narrow viewing angle mode, and to diffusely reflect a second incident light such that the reflected light emerges dispersedly in a wide viewing angle mode. A first light source can be disposed over a lateral side of the light guide plate and facing the first reflecting surface, to provide the first incident light on the first reflecting surface in the narrow viewing angle mode. A second light source can be disposed over another lateral side of the light guide plate and facing the second reflecting surface to provide the second incident light on the second reflecting surface in the wide viewing angle mode.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module, which includes at least one quantum wire unit. The at least one quantum wire unit is configured to have an effective wire width such that the at least one quantum wire unit is capable of converting electric energy to emit light of a selected wavelength. Each of quantum wire unit comprises a first electrode, disposed on a first side of a substrate layer; a first buffer layer, disposed on a second side of the substrate layer; an active layer, disposed over the first buffer layer; a second buffer layer, disposed over the active layer; and a second electrode disposed over the second buffer layer. Each quantum wire unit, along with the substrate layer, forms a quantum wire laser generator, which is configured such that the active layer emits light upon application of a voltage difference between the first electrode and the second electrode.
