Abstract: An image display processing method for a display device, an image display processing device, a display device, and a non-volatile storage medium are provided. The display device includes a backlight unit and a display panel, the backlight unit includes a plurality of backlight blocks and is driven by a local dimming mode, and the image display processing method includes: obtaining initial backlight data of each of the plurality of backlight blocks corresponding to a display image; performing a peak driving process on the initial backlight data of each of the plurality of backlight blocks by a graphics processing unit to obtain adjusted backlight data of each of the plurality of backlight blocks; and providing the adjusted backlight data to the backlight unit by the graphics processing unit so that the display panel displays the display image.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for controlling a virtual reality display device, wherein the virtual reality display device includes a display, an optical system, and a movement controller. In this method, an anti-distortion image is generated based on the original image according to distortion parameters of the optical system. The anti-distortion image includes an effective image area and an invalid image area, wherein the effective image area includes image information of the original image. The movement control information is written into the invalid image area, and the movement control information is used by the movement controller to control the movement of the display. The anti-distortion image is provided to the virtual reality display device.

Abstract: An image processing method is disclosed. The image processing method may include: partitioning an original gridded image to obtain a plurality of regional grid images, wherein the regional grid images are distributed along a direction away from a geometric center of the original gridded image (S300); and adjusting grid vertices of the regional grid images based on anti-distortion parameters to obtain a plurality of regional correction grid images forming a grid correction image (S400). A grid density of each of the regional correction grid images may be smaller than or equal to a grid density of a corresponding regional grid image, and the grid density of each of the plurality of the regional correction grid images may gradually increase along the direction away from the geometric center of the original gridded image.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to an image processing method of virtual reality. The image processing method may include obtaining position information of a gaze point; performing a compression process on an original image to obtain a compressed image based on the position information of the gaze point; performing a compression process on a distorted image of the original image in an lens to obtain a compressed distorted image based on the position information of the gaze point; and performing an anti-distortion process on the compressed image to obtain an anti-distortion image based on a relationship between the compressed image and the compressed distorted image. The position information of the gaze point may be position information of a gaze point of a user's eye on an original image.

The compensation method for VR display includes: calculating a first synchronization signal value to be output by a controller according to a rendering resolution, a rendering frame rate and bandwidth data of a display panel; comparing the first synchronization signal value with a pre-stored second synchronization signal value of the display panel; generating compensation image data between two adjacent frames of original image data in a case where a comparison result shows that the first synchronization signal value is greater than the second synchronization signal value; and compensating an image to be displayed according to generated compensation image data.
