Abstract: A case for a wrist-worn electronic device and one or more bands that can be attached to a wrist-worn electronic device. The case can include first and second housing members foldably coupled together by one or more hinges between an open position and a closed position; a recess formed in one of the housing members that is sized and shaped to hold the one or more bands within the case; and an attachment mechanism positioned within the cavity. The attachment mechanism can include a piston having a cam profile at a first end and slidably coupled to one of the housing members between a first piston position and a second piston position, and a first magnet mechanically coupled to the piston near a second end, opposite the first end. The case can further include a second magnet positioned within the second housing member and spaced apart from the first magnet, wherein the first and second magnets are aligned to repel each other biasing the piston in the first piston position.

Abstract: A wireless charger for an electronic device. The charger includes a base having a base opening and an interior cavity defined by an upper shell, a lower shell and an inner sidewall extending between the upper and lower shells to define the base opening. An aperture is formed through the inner sidewall between the interior cavity and the base opening and a hinge is connected to the base within the interior cavity and extends through the aperture. The charger further includes a wireless charging assembly that is pivotably attached to the base by the hinge and moveable between a down position in which the wireless charging assembly is disposed within the base opening and an up position in which the wireless charging assembly extends outside the base. The charging assembly has a charging surface and a power transmitting unit disposed adjacent to the charging surface where the power transmitting unit is configured to wirelessly transmit power across the charging surface to a power receiving unit of a portable electronic device.

Abstract: Wireless chargers that can properly align and securely hold an electronic device, provide power to more than one electronic device, and fold into a compact shape. One example can provide a wireless charger having an alignment feature to align an electronic device to the wireless charger. The wireless charger can include a first leaf having first charging components for charging a first electronic device and a second leaf having a charging puck that includes second charging components for charging a second electronic device. The charging puck can move between a down position and an up position. The charging puck can be moved away from the second leaf while in the up position. The charging puck can retract when moved to the down position. The first leaf and the second leaf can fold together into a compact shape.

Abstract: Embodiments describe a wireless charging device including: a housing having a planar charging surface and one or more walls that define an interior cavity; a transmitter coil arrangement positioned within the interior cavity; and a faraday cage enclosing the transmitter coil arrangement. The faraday cage includes: an electromagnetic shield positioned between the transmitter coil arrangement and the first shell; an interconnection structure positioned within the interior cavity below the transmitter coil arrangement, the interconnection structure including a plurality of packaged electrical components mounted on the interconnection structure; a ferromagnetic shield positioned between the transmitter coil arrangement and the interconnection structure; and a conductive grounding fence disposed around a perimeter of the interconnection structure and between the electromagnetic shield and the interconnection structure.
