Abstract: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a substrate, a shielding layer, a semiconductor layer, and a first gate electrode layer. The shielding layer is disposed on a side of the substrate. The semiconductor layer is disposed on a side of the shielding layer away from the substrate. The shielding layer is at least partially overlapped with the semiconductor layer. The first gate electrode layer is disposed on a side of the semiconductor layer away from the substrate. The first gate electrode layer is at least partially overlapped with the semiconductor layer and is electrically connected to the shielding layer. The manufacturing method of the display device is used to manufacture the display device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a display module and a display device. The display module includes a substrate, a light-emitting layer, and a cover plate, and the cover plate includes a hard layer and a protective layer. A surface hardness of the hard layer is greater than a surface hardness of the protective layer, and a thickness of the protective layer is less than or equal to 50 um. When a stylus is used to touch the flexible panel, the hard layer can prevent scratches from forming on a surface of the hard layer, and meanwhile, the display module has better bending performance, thereby improving the overall performance of the flexible display device.

Abstract: A display panel and a mobile terminal are provided by the present disclosure, including a substrate and a conductive layer on the substrate. The conductive layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes, a plurality of leads, and a plurality of dummy electrodes, wherein each one of the leads is disposed between two adjacent ones of the touch electrodes, and each one of the dummy electrodes is disposed between one of the touch electrodes and one of the leads which are adjacent to each other. Each one of the leads is electrically connected between the corresponding touch electrode and a touch chip, and the dummy electrodes are electrically connected to neither the touch electrodes nor the leads. A shape of a grid structure of the touch electrodes, a shape of a grid structure of the leads, and a shape of a grid structure of the dummy electrodes are the same.

Abstract: A pixel circuit, a display panel and a control method are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting device, a driving module, and a light-emitting control module. By inserting the corresponding number of black frame insertion pulses into the light-emitting control signal during the early light-emitting stage and the late light-emitting stage of one frame, the difference between the sum of the light-emitting currents in the early light-emitting stage of said frame and the sum of the light-emitting currents in the late light-emitting stage of said frame can be reduced, and the perceived brightness difference in one frame can be effectively reduced, so as to improve the screen flickers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a display device and a display terminal. A protective layer is disposed outside the display panel, and a plurality of heat dissipation capsules are dispersedly disposed in the protective layer. The heat dissipation capsules are provided with a phase change material. The phase change material can change the material state thereof and absorb a large amount of heat, thereby cooling the display device and the display terminal, solving the problem of difficult heat dissipation of the display device and the display terminal, and improving the image display quality.
