Abstract:
The present invention provides a fuel supply pump which is suitably used in a booster-type accumulator fuel injection device and a tappet structural body which is suitable for the fuel supply pump. For this end, in a tappet structural body which includes a roller and a tappet body portion which houses a roller therein and a fuel supply pump provided with the tappet structural body, the roller is rotatably held on a roller receiver of the tappet body portion and the tappet structural body includes a plate-like or a wire-like restricting means which restricts the movement of the roller in the rotary axis direction.
Abstract:
In a fuel supply system (1), a fuel pressure regulating valve (11) disposed at a fuel outlet side of a low-pressure pump (3) in order to regulate the pressure of supply fuel from the low-pressure pump (3) to a predetermined pressure is housed inside a cylinder (31) such that a piston (32) is elastically urged by an elastic urging mechanism (33) toward a pressure receiving port (11A), the piston (32) is configured such that the pressure of the fuel at the fuel outlet side is regulated as a result of the piston opening/closing an overflow port (11B) disposed in a side wall portion of the cylinder (31) in response to the fuel pressure applied to the pressure receiving port (11A), a lubrication fuel outlet port (11C) for taking out fuel for lubrication is disposed in the side wall portion of the cylinder (31) at a position nearer to the pressure receiving port (11A) than the overflow port (11B), and lubricating-use fuel is taken out prior to the start of the pressure regulating operation.
Abstract:
A communication path (32) for communicating a hermetically closed space (S) with an inlet port (20) is formed within a casing (1). An oil reservoir (30) having an inside capacity much greater than an inside capacity of the communication path (32) is formed in an intermediate part of the communication path (32).
Abstract:
A pump for low-viscosity fuel comprises a pump shaft 6 installed in a pump housing 2, 3, 4 and divided into a drive-side shaft 6A and a driven-side shaft 6B, a partition 12 provided between the drive-side shaft and the driven-side shaft of the pump shaft to prevent leakage of fuel from the housing, and a magnetic coupling 13 for transferring torque from the drive-side shaft to the driven-side shaft of the pump shaft through the partition, the magnetic coupling being disposed such that a first clearance C1, D1 between the magnetic coupling and the partition is larger than a second clearance C2, D2 between the magnetic coupling and the pump housing. When wobble occurs in the pump shaft owing to wear of the sliding contact portions thereof, the magnetic coupling makes contact with the pump housing before contacting the partition, thereby enabling the rotation of the pump shaft to be stopped before fuel leakage occurs.
Abstract:
A cam follower of a cam follower member of a print head is inserted into a aperture of a carriage. Next the print head is rotated clockwise 90.degree. in relationship to the carriage on the axis of the shaft. The cam follower is brought into engagement with cams provided to the interior of the aperture by rotation of the print head. As the cam follower follows the cams with rotation of the print head, the print head is pulled closer to the carriage. A plurality of contact electrodes provided to the print head are rubbingly brought into contact with corresponding counter electrodes provided to the carriage when the print head is rotated 90.degree.. An air chamber can be provided under the contact electrodes for evenly distributing between all the contact electrodes and the counter electrodes pressure applied therebetween.
Abstract:
Lubricant compositions of high lubrication and light coloration characteristics are made up essentially of a selected mineral or synthetic oil and a selected polybutadiene. The polymeric component contains greater than 20% by mol of vinyl bonds in terms of its monomeric unit and has crosslinked more than 10% of the vinyl bond content.
Abstract:
Positive acting electron beam resist materials are described. The material comprises a polymer having fundamental units of the general formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R.sub.4 represents an organic residue having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The polymer may be used, as the resist material, as it is or by mixing with other type of resin.
