Embodiments disclose a light emitting device package including an insulating layer, a first lead frame and a second lead frame disposed on the insulating layer electrically separate from each other, a light emitting device disposed on the second lead frame electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame, the light emitting device includes a light emitting structure having a first conduction type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conduction type semiconductor layer and a lens which encloses the light emitting device, wherein the insulating layer has an end portion projected beyond at least one of an end portion of the first lead frame and an end portion of the second lead frame, to form an opened region which exposes the insulating layer.

The present invention relates to bicyclic himbacine derivatives of the formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein: R1 is halo; —CN; alkyl; cycloalkyl; alkoxy; phenyl, which is optionally substituted one or twice independently by alkyl, halo, or —CN; or a thiophene ring, which is optionally substituted once or twice independently by alkyl. The compounds of the invention are effective inhibitors of the PAR-1 receptor. The inventive compounds may be used for the treatment or prophylaxis of disease states such as ASC, secondary prevention of myocardial infarction or stroke, or PAD.

A system and a method minimize power consumption, signalling overhead, and processing load in blind scheduling in a mobile communication system. A User Equipment (UE) detects a type of an uplink (UL) grant while it is periodically allocated the UL grant. If there is no data to transmit using the UL grant, the UE determines whether to transmit a padding Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) to an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) Node B (eNB) using the UL grant according to the type of the UL grant.

A method and apparatus for discontinuous reception (DRX) in a mobile terminal are disclosed. The discontinuous reception method includes: receiving DRX information for DRX operation based on DRX cycles having an on-duration and an off-duration; determining, when semi-persistent resources are allocated, an offset of the DRX cycles so that the time of semi-persistent resource allocation belongs to the on-duration of one DRX cycle; checking whether a packet is successfully received through the allocated semi-persistent resources; and performing, when a packet is successfully received, DRX operation according to the received DRX information and determined offset. The discontinuous reception apparatus performs discontinuous reception using the method.

Disclosed is a swimming assistance apparatus, which is worn on a user's both feet to provide the user with buoyancy, such that the user can float on water and swim in a good swimming style while repeatedly moving the waist from side to side like a fish, thereby reinforcing the user's waist muscles. Persons who have knee joint arthralgia or backache or persons who have disability in the lower body can use the swimming assistance apparatus for medical purposes, such as pain relief or treatment.
