The network element registration method may include: receiving, by a Network Function Repository Function (NRF), a registration request of a NRF extra-domain service provider network element, the registration request includes service identification information of the NRF extra-domain service provider network element; and allocating, in response to the registration request, a first network element instance ID for the NRF extra-domain service provider network element, the first network element instance ID is different from a second network element instance ID allocated by the NRF for a NRF intra-domain service provider network element.

    Abstract: A network management and control method and system, a network system, and a storage medium are disclosed. The network management and control method may include: acquiring Digital Twin (DT) model data corresponding to physical objects in a physical network (S110); generating, according to the DT model data, DT cases at different levels, wherein the levels of the DT cases correspond to levels of the physical objects, and the DT cases at different levels have a functionally collaborative relationship (S120); obtaining a target analysis result according to the collaborative relationship and all the DT cases (S130); and generating network configuration information according to the target analysis result, and delivering the network configuration information to the physical network so that the physical network implements network management and control according to the network configuration information (S140).

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for handover between base stations, a telecommunication network architecture, a controller, and a readable storage medium. The method may include generating, by the UE, a channel resource report, and sending by the UE, the channel resource report to the source base station; generating, by the source base station, a handover command according to the channel resource report, and sending, by the source base station, the handover command to the target base station, where the handover command carries an AMF identifier; acquiring, by the target base station, a first connectivity status between the target base station and an AMF corresponding to the AMF identifier, according to the AMF identifier carried in the handover command; and performing a handover, by the target base station, by adopting a corresponding preset handover method according to the first connectivity status.

    Abstract: An integrated wireless sensing and communication (ISAC) system may allow for a radio access network (“RAN”) node to improve the sensing. There may be a secondary sensing radio link (S-S-RL) for additional sensing functionality. The sensing signal can be used by the RAN node and/or the UE for detecting objects along a radio path between the RAN node and UE to improve the wireless communication through RL. The S-S-RL may be added in a single connectivity system or may be modified in a dual connectivity system. In order to maximize the sensing collaboration benefits among RAN nodes, the S-S-RL can assist communication or assist sensing.
