Abstract: An aspect of this disclosure relates to a relay node, and a method of wireless communications by the relay node, including attempting to decode first code block groups of a transport block received in a resource allocation and according to a first encoding configuration. The aspects include identifying a symbol in the resource allocation that includes both of a first part of a successfully decoded one, and a first part of an unsuccessfully decoded one, of the plurality of first code block groups, and determining a modified transmit configuration for the symbol. Further, the aspects include encoding a second part of the successfully decoded one according to the first encoding configuration to define a second code block group that is outside of the symbol. Additionally, the aspects include transmitting the transport block including the one or more second code block groups and the symbol according to the modified transmit configuration.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a transmit UE, a sidelink wake-up signal (WUS) that indicates the UE is to monitor a first subset of resources, of a set of resources, for sidelink control information (SCI) from the transmit UE, the set of resources being associated with an active monitoring state of a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle. The UE may monitor the first subset of resources for the SCI. The UE may sense for signals associated with a sidelink control signal, the sidelink control signal being associated with at least one other UE, using a second subset of resources, of the set of resources. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for search space alignment for control channel monitoring. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes aligning a first set of monitoring occasions associated with a common search space (CSS) with a second set of monitoring occasions associated with a UE-specific search space (USS). The method further includes monitoring for signals from a network entity via at least one of the CSS or the USS in the aligned first and second set of monitoring occasions. The method also includes communicating with a network entity based on reception of at least one of the signals in the aligned first and second set of monitoring occasions.

Abstract: Positioning methods suitable for use in a wireless network that utilizes beamformed communication are disclosed. In an aspect, a range and/or granularity for reporting a reference signal timing difference (RSTD) may be configurable according to one or more beam parameters (e.g., a repetition factor, a beam shape, a frequency band, a subcarrier spacing numerology, a cyclic prefix, etc.). In another aspect, a transmitting node may transmit one or more parameters associated with a beam used to transmit a positioning reference signal (e.g., an angle of departure, a zenith of departure, a beamwidth, etc.). According to another aspect, a cyclic prefix length for a positioning reference signal that a transmitting node transmits via one or more beams may be configured to increase a number of neighbor cells visible to a receiving node.

The UE receives a reflection of the transmission reflected off the at least one object. The method still further includes monitoring the search space for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission in a plurality of non-consecutive monitoring occasion groups, each monitoring occasion group comprising a plurality of non-consecutive monitoring occasions based on the single multi-slot monitoring configuration.
