Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for DMRS allocation in sub-band FD. For transmission of UL data in a set of symbols having UL DMRS in at least one symbol, a UE may determine which symbol(s) in a subframe will receive DL DMRS so that the UE may align the transmission of the UL DMRS with a reception of the DL DMRS. For transmission of DL data in a set of symbols having a DL DMRS, a BS may determine for a first subset of symbols that a PUSCH will be received from the UE or determine for a second subset of symbols that a PUSCH will not be received from the UE. The BS insert a DL RS within the first subset of symbols or the second subset of symbols based on the determination regarding the PUSCH.

Abstract: A base station may configure a Doppler tracking sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set with different time gaps between SRS resources of the Doppler tracking SRS resource set. However, factors influencing an optimal time gap for uplink Doppler parameter estimation may change over time and may depend on a Doppler parameter to be estimated. Therefore, parameters of an aperiodic Doppler tracking SRS resource set configuration may become suboptimal for estimating uplink Doppler parameters. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein enable dynamic parameter adaptation for aperiodic Doppler tracking SRS resource sets. The base station may dynamically adapt one or more parameters for an aperiodic Doppler tracking SRS resource set to modify a time gap and/or a number of resources or symbols to be transmitted for an aperiodic Doppler tracking SRS resource set. The base station may transmit downlink control information that indicates the one or more parameters.

Abstract: Aspects relate to measuring downlink beam quality in the presence of self-interference when operating in a full duplex mode configured for concurrent transmission and reception within an overlapping bandwidth. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station over one or more of a plurality of uplink beams and downlink beams. For each uplink beam, the UE may obtain beam quality measurements associated with each of the downlink beams to identify a set of usable downlink beams. The UE may further transmit a report to the base station indicating the set of usable downlink beams for at least one uplink beam.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information for a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set, the configuration information indicating a usage type for the SRS resource set associated with Doppler tracking and a configuration for one or more associated SRS resource identifiers. Some configuration parameters of the SRS resource set and the associated SRS resource identifiers can be dynamically reconfigured in order to allow adaptive SRS time domain pattern for enhanced Doppler parameter estimation and/or synchronization loop tracking, among other examples. The UE may transmit one or more SRSs in accordance with the configuration or dynamic reconfiguration information for the SRS resource set and the associated SRS resources based at least in part on receiving the configuration and/or reconfiguration information. Numerous other aspects are described.
