    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may transmit, to a victim user equipment (UE) a configuration message indication one or more resource for measuring cross-link interference (CLI) from an aggressor UE. The configuration message may include one or more cell parameters, which may include an indication of a relationship between the serving cell of the victim UE and the serving cell of the aggressor UE. The victim UE may determine the relationship between the serving cells based on the received cell parameters, and may perform CLI measurements based thereon. In some cases, the UE may adjust a CLI measurement window, or may prioritize some aggressor UEs, based on the determined relationship. The UE may also transmit a CLI measurement report to the base station.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided which enhance receiver performance of PDCCH by allowing a base station to associate a configured PDSCH CSI-RS with a PDCCH for channel estimation and reception by a UE. A UE receives a reference signal associated with a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from a base station, and uses the reference signal to receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and/or measure the PDCCH and feedback a corresponding channel measurement for the PDCCH. A base station configures a reference signal associated with a PDSCH for transmission of a PDCCH and/or reception of a corresponding channel measurement for the PDCCH as feedback from the UE, and transmits the reference signal to the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit an indication of a time parameter (e.g., a time delay or a configured duration) associated with determining a configuration for a slot duration. A user equipment (UE) may identify the time parameter and receive an indication of a slot configuration. The UE may determine the configuration of one or more slot durations based on the received indication and according to the time parameter. For instance, the UE may determine the configuration of one or more slots after the time delay. In some other examples, the UE may determine the configuration of one or more slots within the configured duration, and may not use different slot configurations until after the duration expires. The base station and the UE may communicate during the one or more slot durations based on the slot configuration and using the time parameter.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for positioning. A receiver measures a time of arrival (ToA) of a positioning reference signal (PRS) transmission of a first PRS sequence transmitted by a first transmitter, measures a ToA of a PRS transmission of a second PRS sequence transmitted by a second transmitter, and determines an observed time difference of arrival (OTDOA) as a difference between the ToA of the PRS transmission of the first PRS sequence and the ToA of the PRS transmission of the second PRS sequence, wherein the OTDOA is less than half a maximum differential delay expected between the PRS transmission of the first PRS sequence and the PRS transmission of the second PRS sequence, and wherein a repetition duration of the first PRS sequence and the second PRS sequence is greater than 10 milliseconds (ms) and at least twice the maximum differential delay.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that improve resource configuration for crosslink interference (CLI) measurement in a wireless communications system. For example, a victim user equipment (UE), may be configured to receive and measure the CLI from one or more aggressors. Specifically, the victim UE may be configured to use a dedicated tracking loop for the CLI measurements to track a dedicated channel of the CLI. Additionally or alternatively, the victim UE may associate CLI with an aggressor identity allowing the CLI resources from the same aggressor to be measured jointly. In another example, an aggressor UE may transmit additional reference signals for a victim UE to measure prior to sounding reference signals. The victim UE may report the CLI measurements to its serving base station.
