    Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, is disclosed. The apparatus may transmit, to a serving cell, UE capability information for performing L1/L2 measurements of at least one target RS received from a non-serving cell and reporting measurement information. The apparatus may receive, based on the transmitted UE capability information, a configuration including a TCI state scheduling the UE to receive the at least one target RS from the non-serving cell based on at least one source RS associated with the TCI state, and to perform the L1/L2 measurements of the at least one target RS. The number of RS reported in the measurement report may be based on at least one of a UE capability, an indication received from the serving cell, a pre-configuration, or an indication received from the serving cell in which the indication is within the UE capability.

    Abstract: Timing advance (TA) handling for sidelink (SL)-assisted positioning of a first user equipment (UE), comprises determining the first UE is configured to transmit an SL positioning reference signal (SL-PRS) to a second UE for the SL-assisted positioning. A guard period length can be determined based on a configuration of the first UE for transmitting the SL-PRS, where the guard period may comprise a period of time during which the SL-PRS is transmitted by the first UE. A message can be sent to a serving transmission reception point (TRP) of the first UE, where the message indicates the guard period and comprises a TA-related request. The TA-related request includes a request to postpone applying a TA command received by the first UE until after the guard period, or a request for the serving TRP not to send a TA command to the first UE during the guard period

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, using a first bandwidth, at least one synchronization signal associated with a synchronization signal block (SSB). The UE may receive, using a second bandwidth, at least one signal associated with a broadcast channel and associated with the SSB. The at least one synchronization signal and the at least one signal associated with the broadcast channel are separated by a time gap. In some aspects, the at least one synchronization signal and the at least one signal associated with the broadcast channel are received using a second beam. Accordingly, the UE may additionally receive, using a first beam, at least one additional synchronization signal associated with an additional SSB. The SSB and the additional SSB are separated by a beam switching gap. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method of wireless communications, including: receiving, at a first user equipment from a network, a sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration; configuring a sidelink DRX cycle at the first user equipment based on the sidelink DRX configuration; receiving, at the first user equipment from the network, data for a second user equipment; and sending, from the first user equipment to the second user equipment on a sidelink in accordance with the sidelink DRX cycle, the data for the second user equipment.
