    Abstract: Aspects relate to cross-carrier scheduling in wireless communication. A scheduling entity generates scheduling information that schedules a plurality of data transmissions to or from a user equipment (UE) on a first carrier having a first numerology. The scheduling entity then transmits the scheduling information to the UE on a second carrier having a second numerology different than (e.g., less than) the first numerology. The scheduling information is transmitted using control resources allocated based on slot indexes of a plurality of slots configured for communicating the data transmissions on the first carrier.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide signaling formats to cause a UE to switch to an active BWP in a secondary cell (SCell) secondary cell group (SCG). The techniques may be used when the UE is connected to a secondary node on a dormant BWP such that the UE connects to the secondary node on the active BWP. The UE may receive, from a master node, downlink control information (DCI) indicating a transition to an active BWP for the communication link with the secondary node. The UE may then perform a communication with the secondary node on the active bandwidth part in accordance with the DCI. The DCI may include SCell or SCG bitmaps, extra bits that signal to the UE that an activation corresponds to a SCG, and/or RNTIs that signal to the UE that the activation corresponds to a SCG.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication for applying resource element (RE) skipping to a symbol where a beam change is to occur. A transmitter and a receiver determine that a beam change is to occur during the symbol. The transmitter allocates bits to a subset of REs for the symbol in a frequency domain allocation. Each RE of the subset is spaced apart by a number of empty REs. The transmitter performs an inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) on the REs to generate a time domain signal including a number of repetitions of a transmitted waveform. The receiver receives the time domain signal during at least a portion of the symbol. The receiver performs a fast Fourier transform (FFT) on the time domain signal and determines transmitted bits or a channel from the subset of REs output from the FFT.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a resource for measuring cross link interference (CLI). The UE may determine that the resource overlaps with (e.g., at least partially overlaps) one or more symbols or a transmission occasion. The UE may determine, according to what the resource overlaps with, whether to measure CLI over the resource. For example, if one or more of the symbols is uplink or if the resource verlaps a transmission occasion, the UE may not measure CLI. If one or more of the symbols are downlink, the UE may measure CLI. If one or more of the symbols is flexible or has an unknown type, the UE may determine whether to measure CLI based on a type of the control signaling.
