Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving uplink control information in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A method performed by a user equipment in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information on PUCCH cell switching; and receiving a PDSCH indicated by downlink control information. Based on the HARQ-ACK transmission being allocated to a time interval for PUCCH cell switching, the HARQ-ACK transmission is performed on a switched PUCCH cell or is dropped, according to a HARQ-ACK mode configured to the HARQ-ACK transmission.
