Abstract: A method for wireless communication is presented. The method includes receiving pre-configured uplink resource (PUR) configuration information including one or more least significant bits (LSBs) of a hyper system frame number (H-SFN). The method also includes determining a PUR start time based on the H-SFN identified by the one or more LSBs. The method further includes transmitting data to a base station on a PUR identified in the PUR configuration information at the PUR start time.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a capability of the UE relating to a carrier configuration of the UE, wherein the carrier configuration relates to carriers of at least two different numerologies; and transmit information identifying the capability, wherein the information identifying the capability identifies a bandwidth or number of carriers that is supported for carriers of a first numerology and one or more scaling values associated with one or more numerologies other than the first numerology. A base station may receive information identifying a capability of a UE relating to a carrier configuration of the UE, wherein the carrier configuration relates to carriers of at least two different numerologies; and determine a configuration for communication with the UE based at least in part on the information identifying the capability. Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. Aspects described herein provide techniques and apparatuses associated with synchronizing a preconfigured uplink resource (PUR) release counter between a base station and a user equipment (UE). For example, the synchronization may be performed in connection with the UE entering a connected mode, the base station reconfiguring a PUR, and/or the like. By synchronizing the PUR release counter, misalignment of the PUR release counter between the UE and the base station may be reduced or eliminated. Reducing the misalignment of the PUR release counter reduces the occurrence of a premature release of a PUR, thus reducing UE interference and improving the likelihood of success of the UE's transmission.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a multicast or broadcast radio bearer (MRB) in a radio link control (RLC) acknowledged mode (AM). The UE may determine an adjustment of an RLC AM transmission window of a base station. The RLC AM transmission window may be associated with retransmission of RLC packets associated with the MRB. The UE may synchronize an RLC AM reception window of the UE with the RLC AM transmission window based at least in part on determining the adjustment of the RLC AM transmission window of the base station. The RLC AM reception window may be associated with reassembly of RLC packets associated with the MRB. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for a handover procedure which may include a user equipment (UE), first base station, and a second base station. In one aspect, the UE can receive an indication to handover from the first base station to the second base station. The UE may then establish a connection with the second base station. In another aspect, the UE can maintain a connection with the first base station over a period of time during the handover. The UE can also communicate with the first base station and the second base station during the period of time based on a time division multiplexing (TDM) pattern. The TDM pattern can comprise a pattern of subframes for communicating with the first and second base station. In another aspect, the UE can release the connection with the first base station at the end of the period of time.
