    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to time-domain stereo parameter encoding methods and apparatus. One example time-domain stereo parameter encoding method includes determining a channel combination scheme for a current frame, determining a time-domain stereo parameter of the current frame based on the channel combination scheme for the current frame, and encoding the determined time-domain stereo parameter of the current frame, where the time-domain stereo parameter includes at least one of a channel combination ratio factor or an inter-channel time difference.

    Abstract: This application discloses a charging management and control method and an electronic device. The method includes: When connecting to an external power supply, the electronic device starts to obtain data such as a time at which the external power supply is connected, a battery level, and a charger type; the electronic device obtains first duration and second duration based on the data; in the first duration, the electronic device performs fast charging on the battery; and in the second duration, the electronic device performs slow charging on the battery, or suspends charging the battery. In this way, the electronic device performs management and control on a charging process of the battery when charging the battery, to reduce a time of continuing charging the battery in a fully charged state by the electronic device.

    Abstract: A method for encoding a multi-channel signal and an encoder, where the encoding method includes obtaining a multi-channel signal of a current frame, determining an initial inter-channel time difference (ITD) value of the current frame, controlling, based on characteristic information of the multi-channel signal, a quantity of target frames that are allowed to appear continuously, where the characteristic information includes at least one of a signal-to-noise ratio of the multi-channel signal or a peak feature of cross correlation coefficients of the multi-channel signal, and an ITD value of a previous frame of the target frame is reused as an ITD value of the target frame, determining an ITD value of the current frame based on the initial ITD value and the quantity of target frames allowed to appear continuously, and encoding the multi-channel signal based on the ITD value of the current frame.
