Abstract: Methods for identifying and tracking an article are disclosed. During a journey, an article follows a path between an origin and a destination. An image of the article is captured during the journey and a first characteristic vector determined from the image of the article. The first characteristic vector is compared with a set of predetermined characteristic vectors and, based on the comparison, the first article is either associated with an identifier associated with a corresponding one of the predetermined characteristic vectors, or is associated with a new identifier.

The method comprises: issuing tracking tasks for a target object to designated multiple monitoring devices; receiving detection events reported by the monitoring devices, wherein the detection events are event information reported by the monitoring devices based on presence statuses of the target object in acquired video pictures; and determining to perform cross-device tracking picture switching when a received detection event satisfies a preset condition for an object crossing an acquisition area; wherein, the object crossing the acquisition area means that the target object enters or leaves the acquisition area of one of the multiple monitoring devices. Compared with the prior art, applying the solution provided by the embodiments of the present application can reduce the integration difficulty of a management platform of a monitoring system.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image target detection method. The present disclosure takes the anchor-free target detection algorithm YOLOX as the basic framework, reconstructs the backbone feature extraction network from the lightweight perspective, and replaces the depthwise separable convolution in MobilenetV2 with one ordinary convolution and one depthwise separable convolution. The number of channels in the feature map is reduced by half through the ordinary convolution, features input from the ordinary convolution are further extracted by the depthwise separable convolution, and the convolutional results from the two convolutions are spliced. The present disclosure highlights the unique strong scattering characteristic of the SAR target through the attention enhancement pyramid attention network (CSEMPAN) by integrating channels and spatial attention mechanisms. In view of the multiple scales and strong sparseness of the SAR target, the present disclosure uses an ESPHead.

Abstract: Disclosed is a technique for a railway disaster monitoring system for monitoring a foreign matter on a railway, which includes a camera and an image processing unit that receives a railway image captured by the camera. The image processing unit includes a segmented image acquisition unit that obtains a plurality of segmented images including a rail from the railway image received from the camera and scales the segmented images to obtain segmented image blocks of a predetermined size, and a segmented image determination unit which includes deep neural network (DNN) discriminators trained with deep learning neural networks and inputs the segmented image blocks to the DNN discriminators to determine whether the railway is in a normal state in which there is no foreign matter on the railway except a train passing by. Using the segmented images, a foreign matter on a railway can be rapidly and easily determined using a deep learning neural network even with a small number of resources.
