    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for prioritization schemes for prioritizing colliding cross-link interference (CLI) measurements scheduled via Layer-1 signaling and a downlink transmissions scheduled according to periodic configurations. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may prioritize downlink transmissions over CLI measurements. A UE may not monitor for or may not decode downlink control information scheduling CLI measurements in resources that the UE has a scheduled downlink reception according to a periodic scheduling configuration. In some examples, the UE may prioritize a colliding CLI measurement and downlink transmission based on an indicated priority of each, a type a CLI measurement, a type of downlink transmission, and/or a location of the UE within the cell. The UE may either monitor for the downlink transmission or perform the CLI measurement based on the priority scheme.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information associated with a single downlink control information (DCI) multiple transmit receive point (TRP) mode, wherein the configuration information indicates at least one of respective repetition modes for one or more physical channels or a list of configured reference signals. The UE may receive an indication of a pair of unified transmission configuration indicators (TCIs). The UE may communicate with at least one of a first TRP or a second TRP using beam directions associated with the pair of unified TCIs based at least in part on the configuration information.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to receive a message including transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states information associated with beam information for uplink or downlink resources. The UE may identify multiple channels or reference signals, or both, to which a TCI state is to be applied based on associated indications included with the TCI state information. In some examples, the TCI state information may also include indications of source reference signals for quasi co-location (QCL) assumptions for the indicated channels or reference signals. Based on applying the TCI state, the UE may determine beam information for uplink or downlink resources and may communicate with the base station accordingly.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Techniques described herein may enable transmission power control (TPC) for user equipments (UEs) supporting reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs). For example, a first UE may receive a control message indicating multiple parameter sets associated with calculating a transmission power for a transmission. Each parameter set may be associated with a communication link, a presence of one or more RISs, and whether the one or more RISs are assisting the first UE or a second UE. The UE may transmit signaling in accordance with a calculated transmission power based on selecting a first parameter set from the multiple parameter sets, where the first parameter set is selected based on a communication link associated with the transmission, a presence of one or more RISs during the transmission, and whether the one or more RISs are assisting the first UE or the second UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method may include a base station establishing full-duplex communications with a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The method may include the first UE receiving an interference threshold from the base station, receiving a pathloss reference signal from the second UE, and determining cross-link interference between the first UE and the second UE based on the pathloss reference signal. The method may include the first UE adjusting a transmit power setting of the first UE in accordance with the cross-link interference and transmitting to the base station an uplink metric report, the uplink metric report including an uplink metric of the first UE that is based on the adjusted transmit power setting of the first UE.

A user equipment (UE) may be provided with one or more hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier pools that each include one or more HARQ process identifiers. The HARQ process identifier pools may be associated with one or more delay parameters and may be configured to support different delay parameters. Similarly, the HARQ process identifiers included in a HARQ process identifier pool may be configured to support different delay parameters. The UE may prioritize HARQ process identifiers from the one or more HARQ process identifier pools for uplink communications to support delay parameters for the uplink communication.
