    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (LIE) may select uplink communication resources to be used to transmit enhanced uplink control information (UCI) to a base station based at least in part on a size of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook and an enhancement number, and transmit the enhanced UCI using the selected uplink communication resources, the enhanced UCI comprising a set of feedback bits and a set of enhancement bits, the set of feedback bits comprising at least one negative acknowledgement (NACK) bit, and wherein the set of enhancement hits indicate information associated with the at least one NACK bit.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, radio resource control signaling configuring an uplink transmission configuration indication (TCI) state pool that includes multiple candidate uplink TCI states associated with an uplink resource. The base station may transmit, and the UE may receive, downlink signaling that identifies, among the multiple candidate uplink TCI states included in the uplink TCI state pool, an uplink TCI state to be used to transmit an uplink communication on the uplink resource. Accordingly, the UE may transmit, to the base station, the uplink communication on the uplink resource using an uplink transmit beam based at least in part on the uplink TCI state identified in the downlink signaling.     Abstract: Inter-cell mobility across serving and non-serving cells based on layer 3 measurements is accomplished at the cost of increased delay. Inter-cell mobility across serving and non-serving cells based on layer 1 measurements minimized delay. A user equipment (UE) apparatus that is served by a serving cell of a base station receives, from the serving cell, a configuration to perform layer 1 (L1) measurements based on one or more reference signals from a non-serving cell. The UE also receives the one or more reference signals from the non-serving cell. The UE performs the L1 measurements on the one or more reference signals received from the non-serving cell based on the configuration received from the base station. The UE may perform the L1 measurements on a synchronization signal block (SSB), a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), or a positioning reference signal (PRS) from the non-serving cell.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive scheduling information for an uplink shared channel transmission, the scheduling information indicating multiple transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states. The UE may transmit a first portion of the uplink shared channel multiplexed with uplink control information (UCI) using a first set of resources and in accordance with a first TCI state. Similarly, the UE may transmit a second portion of the uplink shared channel multiplexed with UCI using a second set of resources and in accordance with a second TCI state. The first set of resources and the second set of resources may overlap in time, but not in frequency. A network entity may receive and decode the first portion and the second portion of the uplink shared channel.
