    Abstract: A network management function of a relay network may identify relay node support of multi-mobile terminal (MT) operation, and may coordinate configuration of multiple backhaul links supported by the relay node via the multi-MT functionality of the relay node. In some cases, a relay node may transmit MT capabilities to the management function over a first established backhaul link, and the management function may configure a second backhaul link using a second MT function of the relay node. In other cases, the relay node may autonomously establish multi-MT connectivity based on preconfigured parent-selection policies, and the network management function may identify the relay node is dual-connected to the network management function. In either case, the network management function may configure backhaul routes (e.g., backhaul links) and resource configuration across the redundant topology.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to an integrated access backhaul (IAB)-Distributed Unit (DU) resource configuration framework for paired (e.g., frequency division duplex (FDD)) spectrum. Two DU resource configurations per cell may be supported for paired spectrum, including one for a first spectrum band (e.g., a downlink frequency band) and another for a second spectrum band (e.g., an uplink frequency band) of the paired spectrum. Each DU resource configuration may include a respective symbol pattern of symbol types (e.g., downlink (DL), uplink (UL), flexible) for a plurality of slots, as well as a corresponding availability attribute for each symbol type (e.g., hard, soft, or not available). A DU of an IAB node in an IAB network may receive the two DU resource configurations for the paired spectrum from a central unit (CU) of an IAB donor node in the IAB network.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a channel measurement (CM) process indicating at least one channel measurement resource (CMR) associated with quasi co-location (QCL) information, wherein the QCL information corresponds to a transmit (Tx) beam of the base station associated with a receive (Rx) beam of the UE; receive a configuration for an interference measurement (IM) process indicating at least one interference measurement resource (IMR) associated with a UE beam pair comprising the Rx beam of the UE and a Tx beam of the UE; perform a self-interference measurement (SIM), wherein the SIM procedure is based at least in part on the CM process and the IM process; and transmit, to the base station, a measurement report based at least in part on the SIM procedure.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may determine a default operating mode based on the geographic location (e.g., zone) of the base station, for user equipment (UEs) operating in that zone to use. The operating mode may be a full duplex (FD) operating mode or a half duplex (HD) operating mode. A UE operating in the zone may receive, from the base station, an indication of the default operating mode corresponding to the zone, and may select an operating mode based on the indication. The mode selected by the UE may be the same as or different than the indicated default operating mode. For example, the UE may determine to use either FD mode or HD mode based on operation parameters, interference measurements, signaling from a base station or other UEs, one or more measurement thresholds, or some combination thereof.
