    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a mobile station may select a subcarrier spacing (SCS), according to a largest SCS rule or a minimum SCS rule, from among SCSs for active uplink bandwidth parts (BWPs) for a component carrier (CC) that is enabled for multiple transmit receive points, based at least in part on at least two timing advance groups (TAGs) being configured for the CC and each TAG of the at least two TAGs being associated with multiple active uplink BWPs of multiple CCs. The mobile station may transmit a communication after applying a TA command value that is indicated by a TA command associated with the SCS. The mobile station may apply the TA value after a TA application time that is based at least in part on the SCS. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: An apparatus equipped with multiple antenna panels for wireless communication is provided. The apparatus indicates a maximum supported number of uplink reference signal ports for multiple antenna panels associated with different TRPs to facilitate fast antenna panel selection for the apparatus. In some aspects, the apparatus transmits a plurality of capability value sets associated with at least two antenna panels, wherein each capability value set in the plurality of capability value sets indicates at least a different maximum number of uplink reference signal ports for an antenna panel of the at least two antenna panels. The apparatus further transmits a message indicating one or more of the plurality of capability value sets for a group of reference signal beams received from a plurality of TRPs.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for prioritization schemes for prioritizing colliding cross-link interference (CLI) measurements scheduled via Layer-1 signaling and a downlink transmissions scheduled according to periodic configurations. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may prioritize downlink transmissions over CLI measurements. A UE may not monitor for or may not decode downlink control information scheduling CLI measurements in resources that the UE has a scheduled downlink reception according to a periodic scheduling configuration. In some examples, the UE may prioritize a colliding CLI measurement and downlink transmission based on an indicated priority of each, a type a CLI measurement, a type of downlink transmission, and/or a location of the UE within the cell. The UE may either monitor for the downlink transmission or perform the CLI measurement based on the priority scheme.

Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to receive a message including transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states information associated with beam information for uplink or downlink resources. The UE may identify multiple channels or reference signals, or both, to which a TCI state is to be applied based on associated indications included with the TCI state information. In some examples, the TCI state information may also include indications of source reference signals for quasi co-location (QCL) assumptions for the indicated channels or reference signals. Based on applying the TCI state, the UE may determine beam information for uplink or downlink resources and may communicate with the base station accordingly.
