Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring data transmission. Aspects relate to determining a data transmission configuration utilizing a machine-learning based algorithm, such as a data transmission configuration for ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) applications. A method that may be performed by a base station (BS) includes receiving a feedback report from a user equipment (UE) including an indication of a first state corresponding to a plurality of channel condition parameters and determining one or more actions based, at least in part, on the first state. The BS may determining the one or more actions utilizing a machine learning algorithm that uses a second state, where the second state is based, at least in part, on the first state.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine whether to perform a simplified uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing procedure or select an overlapping uplink channel having the highest priority and drop the remaining overlapping uplink channels. The UE may determine that a first symbol period of the physical uplink scheduled channel (PUSCH) is aligned with a first symbol period of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and the UE may multiplex UCI with an uplink data transmission. The UE may transmit the multiplexed UCI and uplink data on the PUSCH and drop the PUCCH. The UE may perform UCI multiplexing for overlapping PUCCH and PUSCH, located on the same component carrier (CC). The UE may refrain from performing UCI multiplexing if the PUSCH and the PUCCH are located on different CCs, and may simultaneously transmit UCI and uplink data over the different CCs.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support reduced bandwidth devices and particularly, allocation of control resource sets for reduced bandwidths. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, from a base station at a user equipment (UE) having a first type, a master information block (MIB) within a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). The MIB includes CORESET size information and search space information for devices having a second type. The method also includes selecting a CORESET size from a plurality of preconfigured CORESET sizes based on a subcarrier spacing used to communicate with the base station. The method further includes monitoring a set of time and frequency resources to receive a message from the base station. The set of time and frequency resources has the selected CORESET size. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) is described that may include receiving a data packet transmission over a wireless channel from a base station. The method may further include determining a set of intrinsic log likelihood ratios (LLRs) based at least in part on the data packet transmission and determining an accumulated capacity for the wireless channel based at least in part on the set of intrinsic LLRs. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for channel state information (CSI) report structure for dynamic antenna port adaptation. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support a CSI report configuration according to which the UE may include a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks. For example, the UE may compute a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks in accordance with a CSI report configuration and may transmit a CSI report including the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks. The network entity may use the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks to inform a dynamic antenna panel configuration update at the network entity.

Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for wireless communication devices to report sub-band (SB) channel state information (SB-CSI). A UE receives a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission from a base station. The UE transmits either an acknowledgement (ACK) transmission or a negative acknowledgement (NACK) transmission to the base station in response to a reception of the PDSCH transmission. The UE determines whether to transmit a sub-band (SB) channel state information (SB-CSI) report to the base station based on whether the ACK transmission is transmitted to the base station or whether the NACK transmission is transmitted to the base station.
