    Abstract: Monostatic radar with progressive length transmission may be used with half-duplex systems or with full-duplex systems to reduce self-interference. The system transmits a first signal for a first duration and receives a first reflection of the first signal from a first object during a second duration. The system transmits a second signal for a third duration longer than the first duration and receives a second reflection of the second signal from a second object during a fourth duration. The system calculates a position of the first object and the second object based on the first reflection and the second reflection. The first signal, first duration, and second duration are configured to detect reflections from objects within a first distance of the system. The second signal, third duration, and fourth duration are configured to detect reflections from objects between the first distance and a second distance from the system.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes taking received signal power measurements on a first transmitter receiver point (TRP) of the UE and a second TRP of the UE, determining resources to exclude from a pool of resources for sidelink transmissions based on the received signal power measurements taken on the first and second TRPs, selecting resources from the pool of resources for sidelink communications based at least in part on the determination of resources to exclude, and transmitting on the sidelink, on one or more of the first and second TRPs, using the selected resources.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may receive a channel state information (CSI) report configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling, the CSI report configuration including at least one of a channel measurement resource (CMR) resource setting, an interference measurement resource (IMR) resource setting, or a report quantity parameter. The apparatus may also determine a downlink receive beam of one or more downlink receive beams based on the CSI report configuration. The apparatus may also communicate with a base station via the downlink receive beam based on the determined downlink receive beam. Additionally, the apparatus may calculate a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) quantity associated with a plurality of downlink transmit beams. The apparatus may also decode the CSI report configuration.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a second UE on a sidelink channel, an indicator of a state of the sidelink channel. Accordingly, the first UE may transmit, to a base station, a request for an additional resource for the sidelink channel, based at least in part on determining that the indicator of the state of the sidelink channel satisfies a condition. For example, the first UE may determine that a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) supported by a current resource for the sidelink channel is outside a range of MCSs granted by the base station. In some aspects, the request may include a negative-acknowledgement (NACK) signal, and the first UE may also transmit a scheduling request for transmitting the indicator of the state of the sidelink channel Numerous other aspects are provided.
