Abstract: This application provides an interference randomization method and apparatus, to resolve a problem of continuous interference that may be caused by a configuration of a reference signal, especially a positioning reference signal, in a beam scenario. The method includes: A terminal device receives interference randomization configuration information, where the interference randomization configuration information includes configuration information in at least two time periods, receiving modes of a reference signal in the at least two time periods are different, and the receiving mode is used to indicate a receiving status of the terminal device for the reference signal on a reference signal resource or a reference signal resource set. The terminal device receives the reference signal based on the interference randomization configuration information.

Abstract: A communication method and a device are described to compress and decompress a data packet including an ethernet header to reduce radio transmission resources of an air interface. Abstract: This application discloses a channel measurement method and apparatus. A network device sends downlink signaling, to indicate or activate a beam. A terminal device determines the beam indicated or activated by using the downlink signaling, determines, based on an association relationship between a beam and a channel measurement configuration, a channel measurement configuration associated with the beam, performs channel measurement based on the channel measurement configuration, to obtain a channel measurement result, and reports the channel measurement result to the network device. According to the channel measurement solution in this application, when channel quality of a new beam needs to be measured, the network device does not need dedicated signaling to indicate a channel measurement configuration associated with the new beam. When the beam is indicated or activated, the terminal device is triggered to perform channel measurement, to implement low-latency and low-overhead channel measurement.
