    Abstract: Aspects for enhanced logical channel prioritization mapping procedures and restrictions are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a network entity, a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) configurations associated with the logical channel; determining, by the network entity, data of the logical channel of a particular UE is to be scheduled; transmitting, by the network entity, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance for the particular UE, wherein the uplink grant instance indicates an SRS configuration of the set of SRS configurations; and receiving, by the network entity, a transmission corresponding to the uplink grant instance and including the data of the logical channel.     Abstract: Aspects of sensor activation or deactivation for positioning a mobile device in a wireless communication network are disclosed. These aspects include, during a positioning session between the mobile device and a location server, determining with the location server that a first trigger condition or a second trigger condition has been met regarding reporting, by the mobile device to the location server, of sensor data from one or more sensors of the mobile device, where: the first trigger condition may comprise a trigger condition for activating the reporting, and the second trigger condition may comprise a trigger condition for deactivating the reporting. Aspects further include sending, from the location server to the mobile device, a message may comprise either: instructions to activate the reporting responsive to determining the first trigger condition has been met, or instructions to deactivate the reporting responsive to determining the second trigger condition has been met.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a sidelink message in accordance with one or more parameters associated with a priority of the sidelink message. The UE may determine a channel access priority class (CAPC) associated with the sidelink message based on the priority of the sidelink message. The UE may perform a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure in accordance with the CAPC to gain access to a wireless channel for a channel occupancy time (COT). The UE may select a set of starting positions relative to the COT based on the priority, the CAPC, or both. The UE may transmit the sidelink message within the COT based on a starting position of the set of starting positions and the LBT procedure. The UE may perform a quantity of one or more retransmissions of the sidelink message based on the CAPC.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A device may aggregate multiple data bits into a group of data bits associated with an application on the device. The device may determine quality of service parameters associated with the group of data bits. The quality of service parameters may include an error rate associated with the group of data bits, a delay budget associated with the group of data bits, timing information associated with the group of data bits, or content policy information associated with the group of data bits, or a combination thereof. The device may transmit the group of data bits to another device in the wireless communication system. The group of data bits may include group header information including an indication of the quality of service parameters.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support backscatter-based positioning. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving a tag device indicator that indicates a tag capability of a tag device. The method also includes transmitting, to a first transmission/reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs, a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration associated with a PRS, the PRS configuration based on the tag capability, the plurality of TRPs including the first TRP designated as a transmit (Tx) TRP and a second TRP designated as a receive (Rx) TRP.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which multiple operators may perform spectrum sharing using shared radio units (RUs), where the multiple different operators can access a same RU for communications with a user equipment (UE). A shared RU may receive requests for resources from two or more network nodes of two or more different network operators, for wireless resources in a first time period. The RU may determine a first resource allocation for the first time period based on different priorities of the different network operators. A first network operator may have a higher priority than a second or third network operator, and resources may be allocated to the first network operator ahead of the second or third network operators. The RU may transmit the first resource allocation to each of the different network nodes that transmitted requests for resources.
