    Abstract: An Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) management server and a method for controlling the ESL management server are disclosed. An ESL management server for compressing an image to be displayed on an external display device of the ESL system comprises a communication unit obtaining an image including product information; and a processor applying a first pre-processing process to the image, chain coding the image to which the first pre-processing process has been applied, encoding a chain code and a chain code table obtained as a result of the chain coding into a bitstream, generating a compressed image file using the bitstream, and transmitting the compressed image file to an external display device through the communication unit, where the first pre-processing process converts data with a high local correlation within the image into a small integer but converts data with a small local correlation within the image into a large integer.

    Abstract: A driving device includes a first driving element and a first flexible structure. The first driving element includes a first wire extending in a first direction and includes a shape memory alloy. The first flexible structure has a certain width in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and when the first wire contracts in the first direction, the first flexible structure has a height increasing in a third direction perpendicular to both the first direction and the second direction. The driving device further includes a second driving element including a second wire and a second flexible structure, the second wire extending in the first direction and including a shape memory alloy. The second flexible structure has a certain width in the second direction, and when the second wire contracts in the first direction, the second flexible structure has a height increasing in the third direction.

    Abstract: The method for compensating a boresight error in a low earth orbit (LEO) satellite antenna according to the present disclosure comprising the steps of: converting a communication point of the LEO satellite and the location of the ground station into the geocentric coordinate system, and setting an incidence angle of the electromagnetic wave radiated from the antenna of the LEO satellite; calculating the measured meteorological condition as a meteorological condition at a specific altitude interval; calculating the meteorological conditions respectively as an effective refractive index; dividing the atmosphere into layers at specific altitude intervals, and calculating an arrival coordinate of the electromagnetic wave for which the atmospheric environment is considered; when the error between the location of the ground station and the arrival coordinate of the electromagnetic wave is less than a target error, deciding the compensating angle for the incidence angle of the electromagnetic wave.
