摘要: According to embodiments of the present invention, a stranded conductor is formed in which the occurrence of defects, such as strand unevenness of filaments and outward protrusion of filaments, is inhibited. According to embodiments of the present invention, a stranded conductor (1a) includes soft filaments (2a) stranded together. The soft filaments (2a) include a soft filament made of an aluminum material, disposed along a center (101), and include six soft filaments, twelve soft filaments, and eighteen soft filaments made of an aluminum material, disposed around and concentrically with the center. The filaments are softened filaments that are softened. A lay length (Pa) is from 6.2 times to 15.7 times a conductor diameter of the stranded conductor.

摘要: An aluminum alloy wire is composed of an aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy contains equal to or more than 0.005 mass % and equal to or less than 2.2 mass % of Fe, and a remainder of Al and an inevitable impurity. In a transverse section of the aluminum alloy wire, a surface-layer crystallization measurement region in a shape of a rectangle having a short side length of 50 μm and a long side length of 75 μm is defined within a surface layer region extending from a surface of the aluminum alloy wire by 50 μm in a depth direction, and an average area of crystallized materials in the surface-layer crystallization measurement region is equal to or more than 0.05 μm2 and equal to or less than 3 μm2.

摘要: Twisting device for electrical conductors has at least one twisting head that rotates about an axis of rotation and a clamping device. The twisting head is movable in the direction of its axis of rotation toward the clamping device and is mounted on a first, motorized length compensation carriage, while the clamping device is mounted on a travel compensation carriage that is movable towards the length compensation carriage parallel to the axis of rotation of the twisting head. After the conductors have been cut to size and transferred to the twisting head and the clamping device, they are placed under tension. Then, the twisting head is activated to rotate about an axis of rotation parallel to the conductors while simultaneously moving towards the clamping device. Simultaneously, the clamping device is subjected to a force directed away from the twisting head and the travel/force profile for the clamping device is evaluated.

A twist direction of the assembled article is opposite to a winding direction of the non-woven fabric tape.

摘要: An electrical steel sheet is provided with insulating coating. The insulating coating contains Si and Fe. The coating weight of Si in the insulating coating in terms of SiO2 is 50% to 99% of the total coating weight. The ratio (Fe/Si) of the content of Fe to the content of Si in the insulating coating is 0.01 to 0.6 on a molar basis. The ratio (C (the organic resin+the lubricant)/(Fe2O3+SiO2)) of the coating weight of the organic resin and/or the lubricant in terms of C to the sum of the coating weight of Fe in terms of Fe2O3 and the coating weight of Si in terms of SiO2 preferably is 0.05 to 0.8.

摘要: Provided are a core electric wire for multi-core cable that is superior in flex resistance at low temperature, and a multi-core cable employing the same. A core electric wire for multi-core cable according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a conductor obtained by twisting element wires, and an insulating layer that covers an outer periphery of the conductor, in which, in a transverse cross section of the conductor, a percentage of an area occupied by void regions among the element wires is from 5% to 20%. An average area of the conductor in the transverse cross section is preferably from 1.0 mm2 to 3.0 mm2. An average diameter of the element wires in the conductor is preferably from 40 μm to 100 μm, and the number of the element wires is preferably from 196 to 2,450. The conductor is preferably obtained by twisting stranded element wires obtained by twisting subsets of element wires. The insulating layer preferably comprises as a principal component a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having a carbonyl group.
