    摘要: A ferromagnetic actuator is disposed between first and second semiconductor devices that include first and second inductors. Each inductor is disposed on top of a multilevel wiring structure. Current flows through the first inductor to generate a first magnetic field that attracts the ferromagnetic actuator towards the first inductor causing the ferromagnetic actuator to transition from a first state to a second state. In the second state, a portion of the ferromagnetic actuator is disposed closer to the first inductor than it is in the first state. Current flows through the second inductor to generate a second magnetic field that attracts the ferromagnetic actuator towards the second inductor causing the ferromagnetic actuator to transition from the first or second state to a third state. In the third state, a portion of the ferromagnetic actuator is disposed closer to the first inductor than it is in the first state.

    摘要: An example actuator assembly includes a valve body having a body locating shoulder as a protrusion from an interior peripheral surface of the valve body, and an actuator having an end that is inserted into the valve body. The end has a first portion with a first diameter and a second portion with a second diameter that is larger than the first diameter, and the second portion includes a threaded region. A locating shoulder is between the first portion and the second portion of the end of the actuator arranged at a position where the first diameter changes to the second diameter. The locating shoulder mates with the body locating shoulder of the valve body when the actuator is inserted and screwed into the valve body to enable alignment of the valve body and the actuator.

    摘要: A touch-sensitive input device includes a support, an input part with a touch-sensitive input surface, an elastic device which bears the input part at the support, an electromagnetic actuator which acts between the input part and the support to produce a deflection of the input part out of a resting position, and control electronics. The electromagnetic actuator comprises a coil with a cavity, a core arranged at least in part in the cavity, and an armature arranged outside the cavity. The core generates a magnetic field defining a pole direction. The armature interacts with the magnetic field. The control electronics generate an electrical control signal for the coil to produce the deflection of the input part out of the resting position and to provide a maximum deflection of the input part. A duration of the electrical control signal is limited so as to provide, after the deflection, a haptic feedback.

The vibration generating device generates a vibration by relatively moving the electromagnet and the permanent magnet by energizing the coil. The casing has a polyhedral structure made of a plate material, and includes a first surface in which a gap portion is provided and another surface in which an extension portion is provided. The vibration generating device further includes a reinforcement portion that is formed by the extension portion extending from the another surface toward the first surface, thereby being fitted into the gap portion and flush with the first surface.
