摘要: A torque can be transmitted by a bushing 101 located between a pair of torque transmitting members. The bushing 101 is constructed out of resin and metal such that the part made of resin does not significantly contact the torque transmitting members. The bushing 101 includes an annular portion 102 made of resin and a connecting portion 103 made of metal. The connecting portion 103 is molded in an annular portion 102. The connecting portion 103 has parts (117 and 118), which are connected with the torque transmitting members so as to be able to transmit a torque therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, the bushing 101 is part of a dampening mechanism 6, which generates a friction between a hub flange 18 and a hub 3 when both of the portions rotate relatively. The bushing 101 supports a plurality of springs 21 to elastically couple a fixing plate 20 of the hub flange 18 to the hub 3. The bushing 101 rotates with the hub 3, while the fixing plate 20 rotates with the hub flange 18. The fixing plate 20 includes a first disk-shaped part 71 and a second disk-shaped plate 73. The second disk-shaped plate 73 engages bushing 101 to generate a friction therebetween when the hub 3 and the hub flange 18 rotate relative to each other.

摘要: A clutch disk assembly (1) includes an input rotary member (2), an output rotary member (3), a damper mechanism (4, 5) and a large friction mechanism (13). The damper mechanism couples the input and output rotary members (2) and (3) together in a rotating direction. The damper mechanism exhibits torsion characteristics having differing first stage and second stage responses such that in the second stage a higher degree of rigidity is exhibited than in the first stage. In the second stage when small levels of vibrations are dampened, the response characteristics in response to positive direction rotary displacement between the input and output rotary members differs from the response characteristics exhibited as a result of negative direction relative rotary displacement. Specifically, in the positive direction, the large friction mechanism (13) is prevented from operating in a first angular range within the second stage. In the negative direction, the large friction mechanism (13) is prevented from operating in a second angular range in the second stage. The first and second angular ranges differ.

摘要: A damper mechanism is provided for achieving a low rigidity in a small torsion angle region as well as a high rigidity in a large torsion angle region, and particularly the damper mechanism employing a stop mechanism having a reduced circumferential space. The damper mechanism 4 includes an output rotary hub 110, an input rotary member 2, a hub flange 12, a first spring 9, a second spring 10, a second stop 17 and a compressing portion 18. First and second springs 9 and 10 connected in series with the hub flange 12 arranged between them are disposed circumferentially between the output rotary hub 110 and the input rotary member 2. The second spring 10 in the initial state is kept and compressed in the rotating direction between the hub flange 12 and the input rotary member 2. When the torsion angle reaches the first torsion angle, the second stop 17 stops relative rotation between the output rotary hub 110 and the hub flange 12. The compressing portion 18 starts the compression of the first spring 9 when the torsion angle reaches the second torsion angle.
