摘要： A variable-displacement vane compressor has a pump housing and a cylindrical rotor supported on a drive shaft and rotatably disposed in the pump housing. The rotor has a plurality of vanes movably fitted in respective slits formed in the rotor and having radially outward ends slidable against an inner peripheral camming surface of the pump housing. Certain ones of the vanes are made of a ferromagnetic material and can be retracted back into the slits in response to energization of an electromagnetic coil to thereby reduce the volume of a fluid discharged from pump working chambers in the pump housing. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, all of the vanes are slidably held against the inner peripheral camming surface to discharge the compressed fluid in an increased volume.

摘要： A vane type rotary compressor has a housing and end plates secured thereto to cooperate therewith to define a cylindrical bore in which a rotor is eccentrically mounted for rotation with vanes slidably mounted in vane grooves formed in the outer periphery of the rotor. A lubricant groove is formed in the inner surface of one end plate and so disposed as to be brought into communication with the inner end portions of the vane grooves pertaining to vanes defining working chambers when in their intake phases. The lubricant groove is connected by a passage with a discharge chamber of the compressor so that fluid pressure is fed into the inner end portions of the vane grooves to urge the vanes into sealing engagement with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bore. A valve is provided to disconnect the discharge chamber from the lubricant groove during normal compression operation of the compressor.

摘要： A rotary screw compressor having a balancing piston device for balancing an axial gas force exerted on a pair of rotors during operation of the rotary screw compressor. The balancing piston device is exposed in one axial direction to a high pressure source on at least one first pressure surface, and in an opposite axial direction to one of a low pressure source and an intermediate pressure source on at least one second pressure surface.
