摘要: Various embodiments are directed to overlaying relevant product information in augmented reality via the use of near-field communication (NFC) and a product selection system. A user may authenticate into an application or user profile. Information about the user in the user profile may be used to determine which products are relevant to the user. Information related to the relevant products may then be displayed to the user in augmented reality, which improves at least the overall shopping and in-store experience.

The method may include: (1) receiving, by one or more processors, internal database information at a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model, wherein the internal database information includes data associated with interaction dialogue; (2) analyzing, by the one or more processors, the internal database information via the generative AI model to generate an internal database analysis; (3) identifying, by the one or more processors and based upon at least the internal database analysis, one or more impact elements regarding human understanding of the internal database information via the generative AI model; and (4) generating, by the one or more processors and based upon at least the one or more impact elements, a dialogue output (or visual or virtual output) regarding the data via the generative AI model.

The processor grants a wearable item designer device of a plurality of wearable item designer devices access to the consumer first data, the consumer feedback or the plurality of first aggregated subsets. A wearable item designer associated with the wearable item designer device is configured to modify a wearable item design for a solid form of a wearable item mold in an assembly process, based on the consumer first data, the consumer feedback or the plurality of first aggregated subsets.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for rating a consumer product or service, the method including: calculating, by a computer system comprising at least one computer in a network comprising at least one processor, a lay rating from at least one rating score built from several weighted parameters, provided by a respective lay consumer; calculating, by the computer system, an expert rating calculated from at least one rating score built from several weighted parameters provided by a respective expert; receiving, by the end user, using the computer system, a selection of a respective weight for each of the lay rating and the expert rating by an end-user via a graphic user interface (GUI); calculating, by the computer system, a total rating as a result of a weighted average biased according to the respective weights selected by the end-user; and displaying, by the computer system, the total rating on the GUI.

摘要: The present invention provides a system operable to collect customer ratings during a transaction using an electronic point of sale system comprising a computer programmed to effect operation of the electronic point of sale system. The system includes a POS module programmed to manage operation of a scanner, a PIN entry device; a payment application operable to manage the PIN entry device; a POS proxy module; a payment application plug-in operable in conjunction with the payment application; a scanner pass-through driver operable to pass scanner signals between the POS module and the scanner while collecting information from the scanner signals and sending that information to the POS proxy module; wherein the POS proxy module is programmed to cause collection of a customer rating during the transaction by using the information received from the scanner pass-through driver to initiate a customer rating collection session, to send a customer rating initiation signal to the payment application plug-in which in turn causes the PIN entry device to prompt the customer to enter a rating.
