    摘要： The present invention is characterized in that: a flow diverter provided in an air conditioner has a flow diverter main body having an internal space, and a first connection portion to which a pipe is connected; the first connection portion has an inner peripheral surface that defines a hole through which the pipe is inserted; the inner peripheral surface has, in the direction of a central axis, a brazing portion which is provided at a location containing an end on the side where the pipe is inserted, and forms a gap filled with solder for brazing between the inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and a restricting portion located closer to the flow diverter main body than to the brazing portion; and the inner diameter of the restricting portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the brazing portion.

    摘要： An evaporator rough-in box includes a plurality of walls that define and enclose a chamber, a first one of the walls having cutting lines that encircle a faceplate, one of the cutting lines defining an integral hinge that maintains the faceplate attached to the first one of the walls when a remainder of the cutting lines are cut so that the faceplate can move between an open position and a closed position. A closure maintains the faceplate in the closed position by attaching an edge of the faceplate to the first one of the walls. In addition, ports are provided in at least one of the walls, and a drainage sump is provided at a vertically lower end of the rough-in box, the drainage sump having a drain outlet.

    摘要： An HVAC line set duct system includes a line set duct with a channel clip. The duct houses an HVAC line set and includes a channel connector for slidably securing the channel clips along the length of the line set duct. The channel clips have collars that engage tie wraps that in turn secure the HVAC line set to the line set duct. The channel clips are installed onto the line set channel connector by exerting a force perpendicular to the length of the line set duct so that the channel clips snap onto the channel connector and slide along the channel connector.

A space in the casing close to the casing side panel is further vertically divided by a partition having through holes so that a pipe connection chamber housing parts of the extension pipes, flare joints, and indoor pipes is defined in an upper portion and a pipe draw-out chamber in which the extension pipes are arranged is defined in a lower portion. Gaps between outer peripheries of the extension pipes and inner peripheries of the through holes are filled with insulations.
