摘要： A test procedure developed in our laboratory for determining the cratering potential of sheet metal lubricants on cathodic E-Coat primer. Lubricants trapped in flanges and other tight fitting areas are expelled onto the uncured E-Coated surfaces during the baking operation, causing craters to form. Surfaces containing craters must be refinished before application of the color coat or they detract from the vehicle's appearance.
