    Abstract: This application discloses an information responding method, an information sending method, a terminal, and a network-side device. The information responding method in embodiments of this application includes: obtaining, by a terminal, indication information sent by a network-side device; and performing, by the terminal, a target operation in response to the indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate at least one of the following: information about an antenna element turned on and/or off by the network-side device; information about an antenna port turned on and/or off by the network-side device; and information about a signal turned on and/or off by the network-side device.
