A wearable device is provided. The wearable device includes a body comprising a device mounting portion for receiving a first electronic device, a strap extended with a specific length from the body to fix the body to a person at a proper position, a battery disposed in a portion of at least one of the body and the strap, a first electronic device configured to selectively attach to the device mounting portion, wherein, when the first electronic device is attached to the device mounting portion, the first electronic device selectively receives power from the battery.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a screen display unit, a first nontransparent layer, and a second nontransparent layer. The screen display unit includes a first screen region and a second screen region of which at least a portion is curved from the first screen region. The first nontransparent layer is disposed in at least one side of border portions of the screen display unit. The second nontransparent layer is disposed in at least one side of border portions of the second screen region and is separated from at least a portion of the first nontransparent layer in a direction perpendicular to the first nontransparent layer.

A semiconductor device and a method of fabricating the same includes providing a first semiconductor chip which has first connection terminals, providing a second semiconductor chip which comprises top and bottom surfaces facing each other and has second connection terminals and a film-type first underfill material formed on the bottom surface thereof, bonding the first semiconductor chip to a mounting substrate by using the first connection terminals, bonding the first semiconductor chip and the second semiconductor chip by using the first underfill material, and forming a second underfill material which fills a space between the mounting substrate and the first semiconductor chip and covers side surfaces of the first semiconductor chip and at least part of side surfaces of the second semiconductor chip.

An apparatus and a method of displaying a camera view area in a portable terminal that addresses the scenario of a viewing angle of a user taker being different from that of the camera, particularly in the case of transparent display panel. The method preferably includes: receiving a first image including a shape of a user when requesting a picture; identifying a position of the shape of the user within the first image; determining whether the identified position of the shape of the user is included in a pre-designated area; calculating a view direction and a view angle of the user by the shape of the user when the identified position of the shape of the user is not included in the pre-designated area as a result of the determination; and rotating a second camera for photographing a second image based on the calculated view direction and view angle.
