    Abstract: An electronic device includes a communication circuit configured to support a wireless local area network (LAN) communication method, and a processor configured to be operatively connected to the communication circuit where the processor is configured to establish communication with an external electronic device through the communication circuit, to acquire information related to an activation time point of the external electronic device, based on a management frame being received through the communication circuit, to identify an operating state of the external electronic device based on the information related to the activation time point of the external electronic device, and to transmit a request frame related to confirmation of a security state with the external electronic device based on the operating state of the external electronic device.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes: a hinge structure; a foldable housing including a first housing structure and a second housing structure that are configured to be foldable relative to each other around the hinge structure; a first antenna provided in the first housing structure; a second antenna provided in the second housing structure; a communication circuit electrically connected to the first antenna and the second antenna, and configured to transmit and receive data through a first link and a second link established between an external electronic device and the electronic device; and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit, wherein the processor is configured to: identify whether an angle between the first housing structure and the second housing structure satisfies a specified condition; and control the communication circuit to transmit, through at least one of the first link and the second link, a signal related to a change in an operation of short-range wireless communication, based on whether the angle satisfies the specified condition.

    Abstract: An electronic device may include: a communication circuit connected to a first external electronic device; a processor; and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store instructions that cause the electronic device to identify a bandwidth of a first link between the electronic device and the first external electronic device and a bandwidth of a second link established between the electronic device and a second external electronic device, when a size of the bandwidth of the second link is larger than a size of the bandwidth of the first link, identify traffic of data transmitted and/or received by the second external electronic device, control the communication circuit to transmit information indicating a size of a reduced bandwidth of the second link to the second external electronic device, and when the second external electronic device has reduced the bandwidth of the second link, reduce the bandwidth of the second link.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include a communication circuit operably coupled with an external electronic device and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to determine one or more target-wake-time (TWT) parameters of at least one TWT service period based on at least one of the amount of data transmitted to the external electronic device, an amount of data received from the external electronic device, or a bandwidth, wherein at least one data frame is transmitted or received between the electronic device and the external electronic device during the at least one TWT service period; identify quality of service (QoS) for the at least one data frame transmitted or received during the at least one TWT service period; change at least one TWT parameter among the one or more TWT parameters based on the identified QoS; and control the communication circuit to transmit or receive at least one next data frame during the a next TWT service period based on the changed at least one TWT parameter.
