Abstract:
A display apparatus is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a communicator configured to communicate with an access point (AP), a storage, a display, an image processor, and a processor configured to, in a sleep mode, in response to a first signal being received via the AP from an external device accessing the AP, switch from the sleep mode to an standby mode and transmit a response signal with respect to the first signal to the external device, and to store content received from the external device in the storage while the display is turned-off, wherein the processor, in response to a second signal further being received from the external device, activates the image processor to process the content stored in the storage and activates the display to display the processed content.
Abstract:
A fixing device including a lubricant supply unit is provided. The lubricant supply unit supplies a lubricant between a fixing belt and a nip forming member and includes a lubricant storage member and an impregnation member. The lubricant storage member stores the lubricant, and the impregnation member impregnates the lubricant discharged from the lubricant storage member and supplies the lubricant to an inner surface of the fixing belt. The lubricant stored in the lubricant storage member includes base oil and a thickener, and a weight of the thickener is equal to or less than 20% with respect to a weight of the lubricant.
Abstract:
Main performances of a toner are significantly affected by a shape and surface characteristics of toner particles. Using an external additive may be a factor that complicates control of surface characteristics of the toner particles, and anti-offset properties of toner change according to a wax and a binder composition at a surface portion of the toner particles. Provided is a toner usable in electrophotography, wherein the toner has improved durability, fixability, charging stability, and cleaning properties through an appropriate distribution of a binder, a wax, and an external additive on a surface portion of toner particles.
Abstract:
A memory device includes plural banks that perform a per-bank refresh (PBR) operation, and an address register that provides a single row address signal to two banks of the plural banks, the two banks simultaneously performing the PBR operation and the single row address signal being shared by the two banks. The two banks activate a word line of each memory cell array based on a single decoded row address signal that is generated based on the single row address signal.
Abstract:
A toner to develop an electrostatic charge image, a toner supply device employing the toner, an apparatus to form an image employing the toner, and a method of forming an image using the toner are provided. The toner includes at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a releasing agent. By using the binder resin including a combination of a reduced molar weight binder resin, an increased molar weight binder resin, and the releasing agent having an effecdtive compatibility with the binder resin together, the toner has accurately-controlled dynamic viscoelastic properties represented by a loss tangent. The toner to develop an electrostatic charge image according to an embodiment has development stability, development lifetime, fixability, charging stability, gloss, an anti-offset property, and heat storage ability at predetermined levels or higher.
Abstract:
A display system comprising: a display apparatus which comprises a first data processor to perform a first data processing, an output unit to output the processed data, at least one first signal connector to transmit and receive data and a first controller to control the first data processor; and an upgrading apparatus which comprises at least one second signal connector connected to the first signal connector to connect the display apparatus from the outside, a second data processor to perform a second data processing, and a second controller to control the second data processor. The first data processor and the second data processor perform the data processing independently.
