Abstract: A display apparatus is provided by the present invention, the display apparatus includes a first thin film transistor (TFT) disposed in a first pixel region and including a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, where the semiconductor layer includes first source and drain regions; a second TFT disposed in a second pixel region adjacent the first pixel region and including a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, where the second semiconductor layer includes a second source and drain regions; a first pixel electrode disposed in the first pixel region and including a first region where a first light-emitting layer is disposed and a second region extending from the first region and disposed on a first via hole; and a second pixel electrode disposed in the second pixel region and including a third region where a second light-emitting layer is disposed and a fourth region extending from the third region and disposed on a second via hole.

Abstract: A display apparatus including a shielding conductive layer is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a substrate, a driving thin film transistor disposed on the substrate, wherein the driving thin film transistor includes a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, a scan line overlapping the substrate and extending in a first direction, a data line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein the data line is insulated from the scan line by an insulating layer, a node connection line disposed on a same layer as the scan line, and a shielding conductive layer disposed between the data line and the node connection line, in which a first end of the node connection line is connected to the driving gate electrode via a first node contact hole.

Abstract: A first conductive line is positioned outside a display area of a substrate. A passivation layer covers a portion of the first conductive line. A first connection line is positioned on the passivation layer, contacting the first conductive line. An insulation layer having at least one opening is positioned on the passivation layer and the first connection line. A second connection line is positioned on the insulation layer. The second connection line contacts the first connection line via the at least one opening and has an end portion that contacts the first conductive line. A second conductive line is positioned between the display area and the first conductive line, overlapping the first connection line and including a hole. The hole of the second conductive line overlaps one of the at least one opening. The passivation layer is interposed between the second conductive line and the first connection line.
