Abstract:
Provided are display device and tiled display device including a plurality of display devices. A display device includes a substrate, a first electrode above one surface of the substrate, a contact electrode above the first electrode, and contacting the first electrode, a buffer layer above the contact electrode, an active layer of a thin film transistor above the buffer layer, a gate-insulating layer above the active layer, a gate electrode of the thin film transistor above the gate-insulating layer, and a light-emitting element above the first electrode, and in an element contact hole penetrating the contact electrode, the buffer layer, and the gate-insulating layer.
Abstract:
A display device according to an embodiment including: a base layer including a first surface and a second surface; a first backplane layer disposed on the first surface of the base layer and including a pixel circuit; a second backplane layer disposed on the second surface of the base layer and including a rear wire; and a light-emitting-element layer disposed on the first backplane layer and including a light emitting element. The base layer has a transmittance of about 15% or less with respect to light having a wavelength of about 290 nm or less.
Abstract:
A display device in accordance with an embodiment may include: a base layer including a first surface and a second surface that is opposite to the first surface; a first insulating layer disposed on the second surface; a planarization layer disposed between the second surface and the first insulating layer; a rear line disposed on the first insulating layer; and a rear pad electrode disposed on the rear line. The planarization layer may include organic material.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device and a method of fabricating the same. The device may include a base substrate, a thin-film transistor disposed on the base substrate, an organic light-emitting device including a first electrode connected to the thin-film transistor, an organic pattern disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the organic pattern. The device further includes an auxiliary electrode including a connection part and a non-connection part, the connection part being connected to the second electrode. The width of the connection part may be less than that of the non-connection part, when measured in the direction perpendicular to a current flow.
